Ok, I emailed Totally Wicked for shipment status, NO reply. I NEVER got a tracking # from them, this is my first order with them, is this normal?

They are closed on the weekends, I believe. As soon as it ships, you will get a tracking notice. They are very good about that. It will be a Royal Mail tracking number that you can begin to track from there. Once they pass it off to the US, you'll be able to use the same tracking number to track it through USPS. USPS usually takes a while to update their info.
I ordered from TECC UK, TW sister company on 3/35, it shipped on 3/26 and I received it today. Not too bad coming from the UK! You will have to sign for the delivery though. I always do when I order from the UK.
I'm sure you'll receive a response from them on Monday. Have you checked the status of your order on the website?

Its Easter weekend so closed for 4 days. Back on Tuesday.

on 3/29 i got notice it shipped, NO tracking number, and NO replies to my inquires.
If you sign in to the website and mouse over "Basket is Empty" you will see "Order Tracking" pop up. Click on that and you should see your order. Click on 'View Details" It should list the order number, the date ordered, status,ie. paid, shipped and there should be the tracking number. There will be a link that will take you to the Royal Mail service where you can enter the tracking number. Be sure you're logged in to the UK and not the US site.
They don't put the tracking number in the emails that I've gotten from the UK like they do from the US site.
If you've already done this, and there is no tracking number then, I'm afraid you will have to wait till Tuesday when they re-open.

Minna: Thank you! I got my tracking number, and you explained why I never got a tracking # from them in email, which BTW I think is kinda poor customer service, but I got it and that's the important part.

arrrgggg! I hate it when it hangs in New York! That's only happened to me once and while it still said that, it showed up at my door!
USPS isn't very good at updating their info so hopefully, that's all it is.

Just noticed your in Florida. How far are you from the new TW lounge? I'm dying to get down there.
Of course they did, and I bet that if I ordered from the US site, I'd get my stuff LONG before I get the package I ordered from UK that's sitting in friggin customs.
Edit: Minna you must be online and posting same time as me. Where is the TW lounge? I'm not in Florida yet, we move there on the 23rd.
Found it, I'll probably go there when I take my coach to Marathon for upgrades later in the year. Drop off the coach, jump on the toad and go to the TW lounge and vape, as long as it's still legal of course.

I just got my order today, yippie!
Now the news, first 1 bottle didn't do so hot, the Chocolate in my order leaked, and was half empty, the other 9 were fine.
I ordered the laser/LED adapters, 2 each. One LED doesn't work at all.
Now for the wierd part, the lasers will work in any of my PVs, EXCEPT the laser mods. WTF is up with that?!?! They will work in a 510 battery, my Joye Stick v3 (with adapter), my SB, but NOT in my Cisco laser or ikenvape laser v2 mod. There has to be something to this wierdness, anyone?! On the lasers, this is not exactly a complaint, being they do work, just would be nice to work in ALL my PVs.

for the leaked bottle of juice and non working LED I would send a email to TW @ info@totallywicked-eliquid.co.uk including your name, email and order number as well as a description of what was faulty/leaked/nonworking.
For the lasers not working on the Cisco laser and ikenvape laser v2 mod it could be possible that the positive/negative terminals are reversed causing them to not work for you.
