I know that TW is dealing with an onslaught of orders because of the sale, but I must say that I'm a bit surprised by their lack of communication about my first order.

I placed an order on Friday morning (08/28) and my order status is still stuck at 'paid' as of today (08/31). This would be easily digestible if I could just get a reply from someone over there, but I can't. I've sent 3 emails to the right place, and no one has gotten back to me.

If you're totally bogged down and overwhelmed by orders, then send out a mass email to everyone in your queue explaining what the deal is. Or, at least post something here in the forum to ease the minds of people like me who are waiting for an update. Right now I'm feeling a bit confused about where things stand, which could be easily avoided with a little communication. That's all. ;-)
