This was the response Sean sent me basically the same as other one just thought i would share it.

Hi Ted,

We are in the midst of some changes to our company and websites. We have discontinued all nicotine from the website. Electronic-cigz.com will continue to sell our full product line with zero nicotine liquid.

We are shortly opening a new Crystal Liquid website (with nicotine) that will ship from the states. We will also be expanding to electronic-cigz.ca and Janty.ca. We will continue to look after our customers, especially our Canadian customers needs.

Regards,
Sean

If I didn't have a financial interest in this, and was an impartial consumer, I might be burning mad that the government is taking away my choice to vape.

I would write to my MP and make them aware of the product and what it has done for me, and what taking away my access to it will mean. It would let them and others know it’s the position of this government agency that one can purchase a product, cigarette, which WILL kill you, but provides a large amount of revenue form them, while restricting alternatives.

Letters to the editor of your local paper, blog entries ect would go a long way.

well said, sir. proactive is never over-reacting. =)

Even if we don't shop with them, we do have to do our part to make sure e-cig culture stays alive and well in Canada.

Which is exactly right.

Vendors are not a charity, so they shouldn't be the basis of your support for your right to vape.

What we have here is a government trying to restrict your rights by telling you what is good and not good for you. If you let them get away with that at any level, they will establish momentum to steamroller you over. Just look at the anti-smoking laws. They have progress from not smoking in enclosed public spaces, which makes some sense, to not smoking anywhere, to moving on to the absurd of not smoking in public places out doors.

How does that apply to vaping, they start with the vendors, and I assure you they won't stop there, if you don't act to stop them. No problem right, just order up from the US? What if the government were to legislate possession of e-juice to be the same as possession of soft drug? I know none of you would risk mailing a bag of soft drugs mislabeled as spices, so at that point it would be the complete end of anything that resembles legitimate commerce for e-liquid…...

Its possible, its just an act of Parliament away if they so choose, AND YOU LET THEM.

Has anyone seen the follow up interview with Dr. Carl Phillips? There are a few vids floating around YouTube, and its nothing but positive news, sounds like he`s FOR Vaping :) I hope Canada respects his findings.

here is a link, there are a few videos of the follow up interview on the EcigaretteDirect`s youtube channel.

YouTube - ECigaretteDirect's Channel

....looked everywhere on that page - can't find a thing on Dr. Phillips. :(

and just a little fyi - Dr Carl Phillips is Canadian. He started his work on ecigs at the University of Alberta - seperated from them officially only to continue his work on tobacco harm reduction. He currently researches with an American. :vapor:
