So, I dropped my X-cube mini the other day ... It didn't fall far, only about a foot (off the couch, onto carpet). Anyway, now it appears dead and none of the buttons do anything. However, when I plug it in it will come to life ... but it just says battery at 0% and that it's charging, but never charges and won't fire. I know the battery has power, works fine in my Nebox, and when I've tried another fully charged battery in the X-cube it has the same problem. So it seems like the problem is somewhere in the power connection.

Any ideas of things to try to fix it? Thanks

You are obviously asking because of no experience it troubleshooting electronics. If you have a nearby B&M, you might consider asking if they do any troubleshooting/repair work.

Have you looked to see if the Battery Contacts are in proper position?
Good Battery + no contact = no power

I just looked at the battery contacts again, and noticed that the side that's spring loaded was a little too compressed ... after prying it out with a screwdriver, it came to life and everything seems to be working. Thanks for the suggestion
