I don't have the dial-a-volt, but the X2 has 808 threading, same as V4L products.
Edited to add: I do recall others here saying they use the V4L tank on the X2s. Can't remember which thread, but I'll come back and post if I find it.

The both have 808 threading, but the ego skirt from the x2 clearo won't fit on the dial a volt. It doesn't have the ego threading. PM me and I'll point you to a vendor that sells one with the ego and 808 threading, better price too. You would be able to use the nano's, ce3 or SI carto's on there though.

Sorry, you were asking the reverse from what I stated. The v4l tanks should work on the x2 battery. Though dual coils are not recommended by smokeless image, if that is what you have, most people have no problems using them on the x2.
