( tried carto, ce3 and clearo all the same) I charged it again because it is new so I thouht mybe this is problem. But after charging still the same, battery is not working  do i maybe do something wrong?

Have you tried the same cartos and clearos on a different battery?

Is the button lighting up when you push it?

If the answer to these questions is yes, it sounds like your new battery is not making a good connection to the cartos and clearos. You probably need to carefully raise the center post on the battery a little.

Hey mate,

Yes I tried all of this on other batteries even clearo on 78 mm ( looks litlle sily haha). All of them were working on this type of batteries.
And yes button is lighting blue when I push it for vape and even cut off in around 10 secs.

I dont understand what I need to do. Could you explain me a little about this centre post?

Thanks in advance

In the center of the battery on the end that attaches to a carto, there is a round post that makes contact with the carto. If you take a small screwdriver (or something else real small) and pull it up slightly, it will make better contact with the carto. Be careful not to pull it up too far. It is attached to a wire on the other end.

I had the same problem with a brand new 650 manual. Right off the charger, the battery output was 2.2 mV and should have been between 3.7V and 4.2V. Do you have a way to measure the battery's DC output voltage? IMHO, it's not worth messing with center post on the battery due to potential shorting issues which will void the warranty. Contact CS, explain the problem and they'll take good care of you.

I didn't know if he knew how to check the voltage. I've talked to CS about battery problems before and they told me to try raising the post so it would make better contact.

Sorry Imagine. Didn't mean to to step on your toes.
