So I go and pick up my trusty x2 to have a nice vape after dinner, I push the button and inhale and am hit with a big ol pile of nothing. The light turns on when I push the button, I can turn it on and off. Tried adjusting the post, cleaned all the contacts, Tried all my cartos, and 2 Kanger t2 clearos and nothing. Its on the charger right now in hopes this is some sort of fluke and it doesnt have enough charge somehow.

If it was that low on charge, it would be blinking. You sure it's making contact? I've never used a T2 (made for eGos, unless it's a T2-V for VGO), but my nephew pushed the batt post almost all the way in when he forced a Vision VT (made for eGos) all the way on (usually there would be a 1/16" gap). Maybe try pulling the post up a little bit more - if that doesn't work, good thing it's still under warranty.

That's the downside to using eGo stuff on these - the 808 post sits a little higher than the 510 and it doesn't wanna screw on all the way. If you accidentally screw it on too far, sometimes it's enough to undo the welds on the inside of the post. But hopefully it just needs to come up a little bit more. If not, SI's really good about the warranty. You could try poking the two airholes around the threads too - maybe they're clogged.

Thanks for the advice, I do not have a multimeter at that moment. I am gonna go buy one on pay day because I have read it is pretty useful to have. I have however pulled the pin up as far as I could get it, almost flush with the top of the threads. Certain it was making contact as the post was pushed back down to about normal when I pulled the carto off. Been talking to SI and am just sending it in tomorrow.

Thanks for all the advice guys and gals.
