For anyone interested in this stuff big tex vapor has it on sale in 1,2,4 feet lengths for a bit cheaper than sng. I've never ordered from them but I noticed it when checking out a ........ deal so he must think they are ok so there's that. Just thought I'd let y'all know.

thanks for the source, stabber. I keep trying to use some of the other wicking materials in my tool box; but, at this point, braided ceramic is in every device that I own.
