XL Batteries and Broken Cartos?

I just bought a bunch of stuff from V4L, including a starter kit with the XL batteries. When vaping with these batteries, I found it extremely difficult to get a drag, and would blow out very little vaper. They were kind enough to include a free king-sized battery, so I tried that one on, and didn't have any problems at all.

Did I get bunk XL batteries, or are these ones just harder to take large drags off?

Also, I got a handful of cartomizers that didn't work at all. Does v4l refund broken cartos?

BTW! Don't get me wrong, I'm still very satisfied with V4L! The flavors are great, and my boyfriend and I were super giddy when we opened up the box to find a handful of free cartomizers, a free king sized battery (which was super convenient because I haven't been using the XLs), and a sweet little sleeve/sock thing.

Oh yeah. My USB Passthrough didn't work at all, either. =/

Yup definitely contact support, if they can't troubleshoot it for you, they'll make sure it gets replaced

Sounds like maybe it could be Cool Carto/thread or Port Amperage issue with an Auto P/T, and the battery needs the inner post ring pushed up with a pin because it's blocking the air intake holes.
