XL Battery problems - but V4L service rocks!

Interesting thing, I bought 2 of the XL batteries, one auto, and one manual. Both were great, but after about a month of using them (about 6-8 charges each, I rotate them with my long batteries and my E9 batts), they both started going from blinking to green charged in an hour or less, and discharged in less than an hour of vaping. I thought it might be my charger, but my regular long batteries charge fine.

I contacted customer service, and rock stars that they are, they got back to me in *minutes* saying they were sending out new ones, so I'm thrilled.

I was wondering, though, am I the only one having issues with these XL's, or have others had theirs go .... up on them? I'm curious if there might have been a bad batch or something....

]hi Vickie, just chiming in here.....I am looking at two auto XL's right now that both activate for no reason, with and without carto's on them! It's kinda scary. One I've had for a while "hoarding" and the other I received in my last order. Decided to start using them yesterday and both are doing the same thing. Haven't contacted CS about the issue yet. I have man XL's that I have been using for month's and they are all fine! Dedi[/B]

Yeah, their service is awesome. I'm wondering, though, if I might be doing something wrong in charging my batts. I have E9 and KR808 batts, and they all seem to be fine for about 30 days, then they only hold a charge for an hour or so after that. I've had nearly all my batts give me issues, and its really frustrating. Is this just the way it works, or am I doing something wrong? I vape on them til they blink, then charge them til they go green again.

I'm a fairly steady vaper, probably about 40-50 puffs an hour (dang this habit and the flavors are addictive, LOL). When I get them, the batts last about 3-4 hours, then within 30 days, drop down to an hour or so before needing a recharge.

On a happier note, I just got my notice from Cignot that my Ego has shipped, and with luck will be here before the weekend. *And* I found 501-to-Kr808 and 501-to-E9 converters, so all my cartos will work with it as well.....

I have been having some issues. They have not been holding a charge for long and now one of them feels like I am sucking threw a straw, kind of like when the battery gets really low and you have to suck long and hard to get a good hit. This is right after they are charged. I have contacted Customer service and the first time they told me to clean the connection part. I did that and tried that a few times just to be sure, and I just sent them another e-mail letting them know it didn't work and now are worse. I loved these up until now and am having a hard time not going for a cigarette. I have been off them for almost 7 weeks now, but it's hard when your equipment is not working...
