XL Carto Cutting Jig
just put in vise, or hold.
cut with Dremel or hacksaw.
it holds xl carto in place and works great.

items used in making:
small block of wood
craftman socket
2 screws
metal clamp & small piece metal for stopper

I see someone else suffers from OCD. Nice little jig.

I made a finger shaped jig (looks like a real finger) to cut back the flanges of cartos that didn't make good contact (rather than efffing with the center pin).

That carto is going to leak! All you need is a very small hole on the XL/DC cartos. A slit that big will leak! Boge 2.0's dont leak like the SmokTech cartos do. Just make the hole very small and it will work fine.
