is there anyway to fill these without a syringe as i dont have any syringes on hand and i got my hands on a few xl cartos. thanks in advance

Fill the little rubber stopper that goes on the batty thread end with juice and place it end up, like a cup. Insert the batty thread end and very slowly, push down and the juice will go up into the atty.
On youtube, I believe it's called the 'condom fill method.' (the condom is the little rubber cap btw, not what I orignially though it meant!)

As womanofheart says you can do it that way through the batt end hole, but you would be way better off picking up a syringe there dirt cheap, you maybe be able to talk a pharmacist into selling you one at the smaller pharmacy but they can be tough sometimes, many of ECF suppliers sell them
I was going to use the condom method but the caps on these are really small would take foreverrrr lol.
