I shake it for a minute before refilling (i was doing less shaking with the previous 2 bottles) am i doing something wrong? i also have a 10 ml of menthol 24 nic lvl, i want the throat hit but i don't want to up my tolerance so i don't know if i should use! anyone have any ideas for me?

My guess would be that its not that the last bit of juice does not contain the nicotine. I think whats happening here is that as the bottle goes empty, more and more air is exposed to the remaining juice, accelerating the oxidizing of the compounds in the remaining liquid. As this happens, the harsh feeling of the nicotine tends to go away. The juice also, usually, gets darker as oxidation happens. This is also referred to as steeping, and some say increases flavor and "mellows" out the juice.

I know you're shaking the bottle, which is very important, but are you periodically shaking the tank too? Pg, vg and nicotine have different weights. Vg is the heaviest, followed by pg, with nicotine being the lightest. Flavoring are an unknown component. There's a good chance you're vaping most of the nicotine when the tank is full, so there is less as the tank empties.

I have noticed the color change just within my tanks. I was filling the tanks full, but switching tanks for fresh flavor. Since I run 4-5 tanks, each gets used only about a ml worth each day. I just decided to put less in each tank to see if it stopped it. I think I will go down to 1-2 MLK to see how that does. I didn't think about oxidation though.

Thanks

One comment about this: some clearos/glassos will leak and gurgle if less than about 1/3 full.
