Sometimes it takes a while to quit entirely. For me it took 3 months of vaping to do so. Everyone is different.
A provari will help for sure. Same power from start to finish of battery is what it's best known for. Other mods like my vamo you can tell when the battery is getting low. I just replace it with a fresh battery in my case and off I go.
Those times of the day when you really crave a cig , try and vape at one of those times and get through it. After a week or so try another time of the day. Sooner than you think you're cig free. Those times for me were first thing in the morning - after a meal - sex - etc....
Just think that any reduction in smoking cigarettes is a win. And any way that works for you is the right way. Good luck!
That's pretty much what I'm doing. I don't smoke at work anymore, and I try really hard not to smoke in the car. My short term goal is one cig in the morning, one at night. Next step is to replace one of those with vaping as well, and then the last one! Tomorrow is National Smoke Out day, might be a good day to start, or stop I should say!
