Sometimes it takes a while to quit entirely. For me it took 3 months of vaping to do so. Everyone is different.

A provari will help for sure. Same power from start to finish of battery is what it's best known for. Other mods like my vamo you can tell when the battery is getting low. I just replace it with a fresh battery in my case and off I go.

Those times of the day when you really crave a cig , try and vape at one of those times and get through it. After a week or so try another time of the day. Sooner than you think you're cig free. Those times for me were first thing in the morning - after a meal - sex - etc....

Just think that any reduction in smoking cigarettes is a win. And any way that works for you is the right way. Good luck!

That's pretty much what I'm doing. I don't smoke at work anymore, and I try really hard not to smoke in the car. My short term goal is one cig in the morning, one at night. Next step is to replace one of those with vaping as well, and then the last one! Tomorrow is National Smoke Out day, might be a good day to start, or stop I should say!

You might want to get a small bottle of your preferred flavor in 18? 12 is sort of like ultra-light, and you can always change strength later. Or, if same (or compatible) flavors, equal amounts of 12 and 18 would come in at 15...

I might try that. I'm not so sure the nic is the problem though. I've been only smoking chem free cigs (American Spirits) for a year now, made the switch to get off all the chems they put in cigs first. I think it's more about the habit of it, the mechanics ya know? Which is why I believe vaping will work for me.
I've been on quite the health kick lately. Organic foods, avoid ALL processed junk etc... kicking the cancer sticks is my last step!

Congratulations on cutting your habit!

I've tried some of VCVs eliquid and while it's tasty; it's also 100% VG and not diluted. My clearos and Protanks bombed out too just because it was so thick. When it's cold it's almost like a chunk of amber. You may want to check out some less viscous stuff if you're going to be using tanks. The stuff is great in a dripper but just a little thick for any tanks I've tried them in. You could also try getting some PG, PGA, or distilled water to dilute it down a little.
