Today I have not had a cigarette in 6 months!!! I couldn't go 20 minutes before without a cigarette!! Would even leave a movie theater to go out for a smoke!! I love V4L, and am on a mission to get every one I know off cigarettes.

Katya, received my package Friday night, went to golf league before opening it, husband had it all ready for Saturday morning, looked at it over while smoking my morning cigarette, both kids watching and never had another smoke.

BTW, go U of M! Even though I live in CA now, I grew up in Birmingham and still spend time in Novi and Northville (and the Joe) each year. Huge hockey fan (go wings!) and am enjoying the wings' momentum toward the playoffs. Thank God for NHL 'Center Ice'.

Congrats Tout! Go Blue...and especially GO WINGS!! Thank goodness for my sports tap app on my phone, I get live updates on Wings games here in CO. Approaching 1 week smoke-free...Kit arrived Tuesday while I was at work, smoked my last analog on the way home...opened my kit and haven't looked back!
