Thanks V4L - and the V4L community... I couldn't have done it without you.
I have not gone near this long without a cigarette since before I started.

I feel a tremendous sense of accomplishment and I can't believe how easy it has been.

One month... and I can breathe so much easier... life is better.

I smoked for over 40 years and couldn't quit. E-cigs helped me quit not only easily, but by accident!

Congrats Lasttango! I share your joy! I started smoking in 1977 and, after many failed attempts to quit, have done so easily with V4L! My one month mark is tomorrow - wahoo!
