Year of the Dragon

For those of you who have not been vaping at least a year, good information to have is that the Chinese New Year starts on the 23rd of this month and most Chinese manufacturing and shipping will not resume for at least two weeks (some manufacturers can be mostly offline for three weeks). This can cause big delays in your favorite vendors receiving or even being able to order some of your favorite products. Some of the issues are minor, but some items might not be available for quite some time. Some of the bigger vendors already plan ahead and are able to stock up, but some of the smaller ones might not be able to. Plan ahead with your supplies.

I'm good 2 go (baring any major battery fails all at once lol) should even have enough juice to last well over a month even though I use mostly USA juice and that won't be affected...

You are so right. Last year was tough for some items. Perhaps the vendors that have been through chinese new year have learned to overstock prior to it. But I ordered 50 of my favorite cartos!!

Actually, it's the year of the Water Dragon, which is good for amphibians like me.

No actually my instructor who is Chinese said its the year of the black dragon. Nvm it's the year of the black water dragon that only comes around every 60 years. So its a rather big deal. They are trying to reproduce like crazy over there lol

actually the Chinese new year is already affecting shipments out of China..

with an EMS order of mine ,,it is still in china ,,normally it would already be in customs here and in my hand by wednesday at the latest

this will be my first EMS shipping order that will take more a week to get here,,first time i ever ordered in january too,,and the last

Well, I'm not well versed in dragon-lore. I wouldn't know a black dragon from a water dragon from a gecko. Last year, between the FDA generated customs seizures and the Chinese holidays, it was tough to get some of the better vaping items from around the beginning of February until mid-April or so. The customs problems are not currently much of an issue, but there has been a big increase in demand, so I'm thinking it's going to be about the same this year.
