Add a Lot #, just in case there is a bad batch, it can be recalled. I know there are currently no labeling requirements for eliquids, but I would also add a Useage statement(for electronic vaporization only). I don't know what ancillary info(additonal info sheet) is being provided, but go with providing info that would be included in other OTC drug product labeling. It may be the difference down the road if the FDA ever bans this stuff and decides to retroactively assess fines or worse.

By the way I like the green and blue.

Looks very nice!

A couple things to consider when you run out and reorder:

* Changing "For use in e-liquid devices" to "For use in E-Liquid devices only"

* Changing "away from child and animals." to "away from children and animals."

* Changing "contact with Skin." to "contact with skin." (Lower case "s")

* Adding a "." after the "A" in "Made in the U.S.A"

* Changing "Expires On:" to "Best Before:" I'm guessing that the liquid will still be good after a year, just maybe a little less potent or flavorful.
