Apparently Columbus Day was celebrated. Maybe a descendant in the management. In all reality, if you'll notice the order ticker on their site, they stay pretty busy. CS is really good, too. Any problem with your order is addressed quickly. I've always found their service to be good. Weekends blow goat when ordering via t3h interwebz, tho.
Yeah, Ive never had a problem with them. Just an observation. There are other vendors with the same products that may ship a wee bit faster though guys....Think about it.
There are 2 red flags here. You ordered on a Friday. Most vendors aren't open on weekends, and most can't / won't ship on Saturdays. The Post Office was closed on Monday. So madvapes shipping your package on the 9th makes total sense. Second, the Post Office is very backed up because of the holiday as they usually are. Don't blame the vendor, it's the Post Office.
When I order from MadVapes during the weeday early enough, it ships the same day. When I order on a Friday, it either ships late Friday or Monday. This is true for all vendors that I've dealt with. Madvapes is neither slower or faster than any other vendor.

I got an email 50 minutes after I placed an order saying it was shipped out! True, they didn't have to mix me up some juice but still.... I was impressed! I'll get my tank before I get the juice I ordered from somewhere else 2 days earlier! =)
Ordered some batteries, drip tips and juice this morning. Got the shipping notice a short time later, will be here tomorrow.
Ordered yesterday (Friday) and will receive it today. Albeit I am only 10 minutes away from the brick and mortar shop, but quick response by MV. I have been in the shop and it is quite busy in there.
Yep, they are always good on shipping, unless you order around the holidays and you should know what to expect. Never had a problem with my orders, good people.
I'll probably get ripped, but I have to agree with the original poster. Madvapes is slower than most of the shops I have ordered from. I ordered on friday (19th) and received an email saying it shipped the same day. Problem is the post office didn't actually get the shipment until Tuesday and it isn't going to be here until Saturday. I have ordered from many places like most of you and that the worst turnaround I have seen.
When I complained I was told it was too late on friday to pick it, so it got picked monday and had to wait until tuesday to ship and if i wanted it sooner i should have ordered it sooner. and then the snarky "Have a good day".
I will not be ordering from them again.

so lets get this straight, you ordered on Friday, later than the usps pickup from their warehouse. So usps picked it up on their next pickup on Monday and thats somehow means Madvapes is a horrible company? What are you faulting them for? That they take orders after usps/ups pickup times? That they are closed on weekends? That they cant teleport products to you house 3 minutes after ordering?
learn to read full posts before you try and respond. I said it was ordered Friday, picked Monday and USPS didn't actually get it until Tuesday, doesn't matter who you are that is long time for an order to get in the mail. And I never said they were a bad company, I am sure people have had plenty of good experiences. I however found that they are slower than any other company I have ordered from before with poor customer service and will not be ordering there again.
This is what the board is for correct? To let people know what their experience was with the vendor. If people don't think that turnaround time is slow they can ignore my criticism.

Ordered at 1:08pm today, shipped at 1:44pm today, will be in my mailbox tomorrow. 
I have 5-6 orders with Madvapes and never an issue. I have a nice collection of Madvapes keychain flashlights sitting on my desk
