I'd buy a new provari, 2 Aspire tanks, 30mL of tobacco juice and 30 of menthol that would sleep in the safe until the insurance pays up. Then I'd get a Russian 91% and a good backup/travel mod. I'd also right away buy a dirt cheap 0.5 ohm rebuildable mechanical and unprotected bottom grade battery and make sure he comes back for more.
