Hey,

I got a new youde zephyrus tank and I love it...that is when it's working properly. I wasn't having any issues with the stock prebuilt coils it comes with and resolved the leaking issues with the rba section. Now that I am using replacement Youde coils every few times I fill up my tank for some reason juice starts leaking out the bottom!

I've taken it apart several times and re assebembled but still getting leaks here and there...anyone with similar issues?

Please Help!!

I have a Zephyrus and I am still on the fence with it. I only use the RBA deck, and I have fought my own battle with leaks. I found mine actually leaks from the chimney if I fill it more than half way. Try only filling it up to where the chimney threads are.
leaks out from thetop of the chimney or below and gets all over your 510 connection...?

you have to make sure that the coil head or rba section is screwed down nice and tight.. I've done multiple rebuilds now with the zephyrus and I've only had it leak when I've failed to screw the section down far enough for the gasket to do it's job and prevent the leak, or when I tried to pancake the wick.. don't do that lol. And I fill the tank to the top, even overfilled it a couple times and it still held like a champ.

Mine didn't leak a drop on the first fill but yesterday when I topped it off it leaked quite a bit. I was thinking maybe I went too light on the wicking but I'll have to cape through this tank and make sure everything's tightened properly.

Do have to say I love the way it hits and wicks and everything so far though. The airflow is insane even half closed its still the highest airflow rta I have. And it's a slightly cooler vape and can handle higher wattages.

Haven't tried the prebuilt head yet.

+1 to the above.
I have found 90% + of leaking issues in RTAs to be flooded related which is a direct result of incorrect or inadequate Wicking.
Tis a fine line to walk on any RTA. Too much in Channel and she Dry-Hits, too little and she Floods and subsequently bleeds like a sieve or sucks down the ol' throat.

ive got the zephyrus for a couple of weeks now and im going through the same flooding issue every time after refilling....ive done lots and lots of experimenting and analyzing (various coiling and wicking and advices from many other threads)...turns out its not the chimney hole, i can assure you this....i tried filling it full and leave an air pocket...same prob occurs, but after a while of vaping (10 puffs) the flood is gone....the liquid is still high above the chimney..

so, ive come to a conclusion that its actually the tanks pressure thats causing the flood everytime after refilling, and im pretty sure of this....though ive found the problem, i still cant find the solution tho....

if anyone does find a solution, please share....definitely not the wicking

I tossed the piece of scrape-iron in a drawer, been using the Uwell Crown for weeks with ZERO leaks no matter how you position the tank. Has an RBA section too.
