I'm glad I don't live in Connecticut!
I like strictly e-juice, and they have child-proof caps, if that's an issue.
I also like mist-stix, since ecf members get a discount.
I usually order 30ml bottles.
With both I know I get really good e liquid flavors at a cheap price and very fast shipping.

All the juice suppliers previously mentioned are all good. The taste of juice is subjective; I personally buy all my juice from myfreedomsmokes.
