I didn't know there was a product line that you can mix yourself, but i mix mine quite a lot anyway, if they're from the same manufacturor (your flavours sound good btw). Right now my everyday vape is cuban cigar by magnificig, and its mixed well with blueberry, vanilla, and even redbull, of all things. Ive got one i dont like called sherbert fizz; it's very light on the throat hit, but on the exhale, it tastes like a fruit menthol-im trying to think of something that'll mix with it, possibly passionfruit.

Don't sell wintergreen in the UK anywhere I can see (I think it's more a US flavour), but I'm a big fan of berries, as they mix brilliantly with most fruits I can think of. Blueberry 50/50 with apple is good, I've also tried adding strawberry in there and that was Tasty. IME certain fruit flavours can add a certain depth to tobacco flavours too (I find tobacco itself can get a bit boring if used exclusively).

What are your guys's favorite e-juice flavors to mix??

I am going to be getting a build your own e-juice from mtbakervapor soon. I'm planning on mixing these three flavors:
•Graham Cracker
•Vanilla Ice Cream
•Caramel Candy
If it's what I expect it will be my favorite flavor hands down, what do you guys think?

You won't know until you try. What others "think" means zero. Mix a small amount to see if it tastes like crud. Give the crud to someone else and you might find they love it; it all comes back to YOUR taste preference. All the recommendations in the world mean zip; you'll see it time and time again all over the 'juice discussions'. Mix it and see - beyond this there is no way to know.

Pretty soon, I'll be starting to make my own e-liquids as well. It seems pretty tricky working out nicotine and flavour ratios, but I guess there are zillions of threads dealing with this. I wonder if it's possible to make your own flavour concentrates of things you want to use but aren't sold? (For me, it's cough candy, funnily enough.)
