Hi, I'm new to ECF, but I've been vaping for over 12 months, not long by comparison to most on this site, I know.
From the day I received my V2 kit, I've never smoked another trad ...! There are many (and they're entitled to their views) who say V2 are crap, but that has never been my experience. Every battery and pre-filled carto worked and worked well. When I sent an e-mail simply stating my long auto batteries arrived with blue LEDs instead of red, my mobile rang within 10 minutes of me hitting 'send' and they offered to replace or send another free of charge-I went for the extra one free. Of course this is the UK BuyV2Cigs site and I can't comment on the USA.
I've never found anything I like as much as their pre-filled coffee cartos and I had a cupboard full of 3ml juices! Recently dumped in the bin! I'm just waiting for them to release their coffee e-liquid. Then I will start refilling again. So whilst they may be more expensive than most, they look pretty reasonable when taking into account how much money I wasted on kit that drove me nuts!
Reading forums within a week or two (although not this one-sorry!) I felt I should be 'upgrading', re-filling etc and got on the bandwagon. The choices are endless and I found that for every recommendation, there would be someone else who gave a dreadful review. I can't remember how much I spent, but wish I'd just used most of it to stock up on V2 pre-filled coffee cartos!
I must admit, I'm not blessed with patience..."I can't be arsed" will probably be engraved on my tombstone, but what a palaver! I can't even remember the names of most of the stuff I've binned. So I've made the decision to cut my losses....My only gripe with V2 is battery life, even the long batts, so my last purchase will be a couple of 510/808 adaptors so I can vape my V2 cartos without battery chargers everywhere, making my kitchen look untidy!
Whilst I appreciate that cig lookalikes may not 'cut it' for most, if you like them, please don't assume you should upgrade, just because you're in the minority. After over 12months of spending, I'm now back where I started and happy to be there and I know I'll not be lured into changing again, and I also know I'll never go back to smoking!
Good luck to everyone who's changed over...your health will be your reward.
