Figure since I'll be joining the Reo family this week hopefully (looking at you mail-person) I'd introduce myself. I work on tablet presses for the company that manufactures all the tablets, soft-gels, and capsules for GNC, Rite Aid, Bausch & Lomb, and a whole bunch of other companies. So if you take a multivitamin or supplement tablet there's a good chance that I either ran it or set the machine up to run.

I wish I had something exciting to post here. I guess I like to think of myself as a Domestic Goddess. heehee Jokes aside......I was in banking for 12 years and decided to quit work to raise a family and then go back to work. My kids are 27 and 24 and I still haven't made it back to work. I can't even think of working now that I stay on the ecf forum all the time. bahahahaha

my college degrees were in English Literature. I tried and failed to be an English teacher, so i used the skills i picked up in college to con my way into the jobs above...

ETA: who says liberal arts degrees don't pay? :)

I worked in the photography field. Before that I was a serf in England. I think that was around the mid 16th century. Before that I was a Roman centurion stationed in north Africa. I think that was around 100 BC or so.

I'm a Senior Buyer for NCR and am also my location's SME (subject matter expert) in purchasing and the various software programs that we use to perform our jobs from day to day.

Because we are short handed, I'm about to take on the role of Sourcing Analyst (what should be a second full time job - but I'm like Mikey - give it to Robin, she'll do it, she NEVER says no).

Oh, and I forgot, I'm also one of this plant's First Responders - certified in First Aid, CPR, etc. 'Tis the season that I'm spending a lot of time in our First Aid Room with sick employees.

My reos are jealous of my job, but they have to stay home. I'm a clinical immunologist. I'm a scientist! I work in a hospital in the blood bank saving people's lives on a daily basis. It's a mentally stressful job, and I work 12 hour overnight shifts, but I really like it :)
