Your thoughts...

I am thinking about getting a Kanga Protank 2 with a Vision Spinner VV eGo Battery 1300mAh. I have only heard good things about the Protank 2 but nothing about the eGo Battery. What are your thoughts and/or suggestions? Thanks.

Ok after all of the comments I am seeing about it being top heavy I did some research. What are your thoughts on this and is it a good deal? $50.19 Vamo V3 7-in-1 Variable Voltage E-Cigarettes Set with OLED Screen - 2*18350 / stainless steel / US plug charger / EU plug adapter at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

I would replace the tank with the Protank 2 and get at least 1 18650 battery.

Suits the larger tank style clearomizers though, better than the taller and thinner egos.
I love my 1300mAh vision spinner.
If you are looking at larger tank clearos but don't have a mod or VV/VW device, the spinner is a good match for them.
I keep the thinner taller ego twists for iclear16s, CE4s and EVODs

I started off with the eGo style batteries as well. They do work and worked very well with my Protanks. My only beef was they didn't last very long and I was recharging the confounded things every few hours.

I then went to a Vamo and was very happy with the setup. And the great thing about the Vamo is you can run it in "shorty" mode with a single 18350 battery, or you can use an 18650 battery and get even more vaping time before having to recharge.

I like the Spinners better than the Joyetech Ego-C Twists and Smoktech Winders. I have 4 Spinners, and one Twist. I get better performance (not sure why) from my Spinners than I do the Twist. Also, the voltage markings on the Spinner are MUCH easier to read than the Twist. My uncle has a few Smoktech Winders, and the marking rubbed off pretty quickly - also the threading/build quality on the Winders isn't quite as good, IMO.

Protanks 2s are great BCCs. I own two. I also own a Protank Mini. You MAY want to look into the Mini (Mini version 2, as version 1 had glue which can dissolve over time), since it's a better fit (size wise) for an eGo style battery.

If this is your first e-cig/personal vaporizer, I recommend getting 2. I am currently using a Protank 2 on a 650 mah Twist. My brother-in-law's Spinner is much easier to read the dial on.

I agree that the Protank will make it feel top heavy but you quickly get used to that feeling and adjust. Try out different types of heads to find what works best for you. Protanks are a very airy draw. EVODs give a better balance in my opinion. I also enjoyed my iClear 16 when I first started because it is so easy to fill and had a tighter & warmer draw.

Don't forget extra coils for whichever heads you choose. Some are inter-changeable with other tanks--some are not.

Everything is subjective in vaping, really. I have heard a lot of good things about the protank II as well, however, I heard a lot of good things about the first version of the protank. I bought two of them (one for my wife) and we both absolutely did NOT enjoy them at all.
That's not to say that they aren't quality products, it just wasn't a good vape for us.
That said, we did try out the Smok Aro, which is also a quality bcc. We couldn't be happier about them and LOVE the way they vape. They aren't top heavy like the Protanks, so they fit on smaller, thinner batteries as well. And for around $6 for the smaller Aro, and around $8 for the pyrex Aro, it's VERY nice.
Good luck to you with whatever you decide to get, because eventually, you will find what works best for YOU. :)

No this is not my first eCig. I have 2 Halo Triton tanks and batteries and like them very much, other than it being an 808. I am looking for another system so that I can vape any juice I want without having to worry if my tank is going to crack.

+1 on the AROs. I have two of the Pyrex ones, and they're GREAT for the price. The Protanks can be a bit fiddly. I like them just fine though. That said, ALL BCCs can be a bit fiddly until you get the hang of them.

EDIT: I *HAVE* had more leaking issues with the AROs, than I've had with the Kanger BCCs. Not sure why, since they're almost identical in design. Just wanted you to be aware. YMMV.

The 1300 Spinner is a nice battery, have 3, moved to them shortly after I started vaping. For me, one would pretty much get me through any day's activity. As said, easier to read the numbers than the Twist.

Yes, the PT will be a little top heavy, but if you put it on a lanyard it's not a big deal.

You do seem to be interested in Pyrex, and it's clear advantage of no concerns about what goes in it.

I have a couple of the Pyrex Aro toppers, and like them. Look great on the Spinners, vape like most of the bottom coils.

You might also consider the Davide Glassomizer, similar to the PT, or the Glassomizer Mini, similar to the PT2 mini. IME, the Davide has a better build, seems a bit more sturdy, especially the base.

And maybe pick up an 808 - 510 adapter, so you can keep using your existing gear.
