I just received my 2nd order from v4l and you guys truly went above and beyond. It seems they were out of the carto colors I ordered so as a replacement they sent 2 extra boxes of blanks...almost $20 of merchandise for free. That's on top of saving $15 on the order due to their promotion last week.

I can't even express how awesome this is, money is somewhat tight for me so extra blank cartos is an absolute godsend.

This is easily the coolest thing any supplier has done for me and you have earned a customer for life.

I think everyday how lucky I am to have tried V4L first, and be wowed every time I place an order ( placed my 4th just today) . I am one month off those nasty burning tobacco sticks, and one month into loving being a vaporer ( is that a word?)

I'm skeered to wander off the reservation,lol.

I've said it before, but this company is built on making their customers happy and putting out the best products, not on profit. Xg4bx sir you have seen first hand why we are so rabid in our fandom of V4L.

Every order i've ever made has something free in it. Today i got 4 5ml bottles of juice!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was like a kid in a candy store for sure!!!!
