i dont see why not. im just guessing on the fill screw thing but this is the only difference i see between them and other atty's as to why it might work when others dont.

I don't know why the cobra is so leak proof for me....but it is the only bottom fed genny I have that I always lay it on it side. Some times I find it in an upside down position between the cushions of the sofa and it never leaks. All the gennys I have tried....if I put in the fill screw I will eventually get vapor locked. It might have something to do with the tight draw and 1mm air hole.
I ordered my cobra like 2 days ago, that post just took a worry off my mind lol

Well I broke down and bought a Cobra a few days ago lol...for days I have kept going back to look at them, adding it to my cart, then forcing myself to close the Window and walk away, then repeating the process over and over. I said to myself, treat yourself, you work hard every day, just do it! So I did. Can't wait for it to get here and try it out.
Well I hope you guys enjoy the Cobra as much as I do. There is another benefit to the Cobra and being able to vape with it with the fill screws in. Not only is the CObra totally leak proof for me with the fill screws in but I also notice that my juices don't get darker and darker as I vape them. There is one juice I have that gets at least a hundred shades darker with my other genesis atomizers and it only gets a few shades darker with the cobra. Except for this particular juice my other juices don't get darker at all with the Cobra....YMMV.
the wick hole......... because its like the other holes, its threaded meaning there is a small channel around the wick for air to get sucked in. at least that would be my assumption
My first genesis and only is the cobra. Bought it here on the buy and sell section. It is the best vape I have had yet. Once you get past the learning curve with setting up this beauty the flavor and vapor will take you away 
yes. Just like you can fill your hole in the draw cap and get similar effect like cobra, and draw a snake on your tank..lol.
I leave my fill screws in on all my rba's and do not have problems.
Factory heat treated color and clear coat. I couldn't walk away and glad I didn't. Drilled out to 1.5 mm. Sweetest vapor yet. Big clouds & zero throat hit. I tried another top cap drilled to 1/16" which produced more throat hit and less flavor. Best investment to date.
Started with an AGA T and T+, best bang for your buck. Cleaning the tank does require you to take apart the whole wick/coil assembly.
I don't have a ZAP, just a Zen Mini, but the cap does tend to pop off easily. If you happen to have a long drip tip, it makes it that much easier to pop the cap. Just push the top of the drip tip ever so slightly, and POP! I do love the amount of vapor from this RBA. Would I buy a ZAP, definitely... I like the look on a Provari. Call me a collector.
I also like the fact, that I can remove the tank without taking the wick/coil assembly off.
After picking up a Cobra, it has a very stiff draw. Tip: If you don't want to bore out the air hole, just inhale very slowly. Would I buy another Cobra, definitely....one to put on display. Just like the ZAP, I also like the fact, that I can remove the tank without taking the wick/coil assembly off. I may end up increasing the diameter of the air hole to match my Zen Mini.
Now, if you want something different, try a Terminator-C from Stormy's Vapor Cellar. Cool rebuildable that gets the job done. Variable flow control valve, puts you in control of how much juice gets to the wick/coil. Be sure to wash thoroughly to get that machine oil taste out.

I love my zap. I just ordered a zau and am waiting for provape to get the zap in stock so I can get another one. They are pricey though.
