Zamplebox Fresh Start Starter Kit

My Girlfriend got me a Zamplebox Fresh Start Starter Kit for my birthday and it doesn't work very well anymore. I don't know what I did, or didn't do, to mess it up. I loved it when I first got it and worked amazingly. Now the batteries wont hold a charge very well and they have to be on the highest setting to get a decent vape. I dropped it one time and the tank it came with stopped working and I put a new coil in it and it still wont work. Im not sure if its just a bad kit, or If I'm doing it wrong, perhaps I overcharged the batteries? Any knowledge or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
