and his involvement is none of our business nor of any
real concern. inventing intrigues out of whole cloth seems to be
a pass time on these e-cig forums and i a calling them
as i see them. his personal business life is his.
did any one stop to think he may be wanting certain things
to remain confidential so as not to allow competitors to
be in the know. its just as likely it was that reason as any other
spouted on these forums. every time i see threads such as these
i get the impression they're nothing but thinly disguised attempts
to damage the reputation and sales of the company tied to
today's whipping post.
when did he lie about his involvement, some snoop found
out about it and made seam there was some sort of nefarious situation
going on where none existed.

Maybe you don't see a problem with ZB creating house blend juices and promoting them as outside premium brands.

Others are not impressed with this method of promoting ZB house blend juices.

In the name of doing business ... would you be OK if they sent you the same crappy juice 2 months in a row ... with the only thing different, being the label?

solely in the name of doing business in the real world.

Sort of sounds like the local B&M chain here...putting "House Blend" labels on imported China made e-juice. Claiming they make in in their lab that "doesn't exist".

The whole zamplecox thing seems shady sort like the one ad ." The commercials feature a character known as "Smilin' Bob," Some commercials feature an equally smiling "Mrs. Bob." 'Smilin' Bob' grandmother avoids jail - UPI.com grab you money and run...

If you think Tony is guilty of bad business practice, you should see how some other company's operate as e liquid vendors; it is laughable. While on a visit to Brighton, England, I happened to visit a new outfit there and they obviously were just in it for the munay...juices 'made to order', the sign read. They literally mixed it up in front of you under the counter like it was a soda bar; no concern for health. hygiene or safety with this outfit and steeping must be just a dirty word to them - unbelievably, all the newbs came in and bought these 'raw' juices that were haphazardly thrown together for the price of premium juice.

I'll mention no names:facepalm:

As a member of "the real world," I choose not to do business with people who do business like that.

You're free to do business any way you like. I'm free to give my money to anyone I like.

Funny, that.

some people say it was crappy.more than a few
stated they were happy with the service.
don't fall for that label theory. those could have
been purchased from the same printer or designed
with similar software using open source fonts and
images.

what exactly is so unsafe, unhygienic or unhealthy about mixing juice
from the counter? there hasn't been a single case of any pathogen
being spread in e-juice.

So you excuse shady, fairly unethical practices by saying "well thats just how business is done."

Business doesn't HAVE to be done this way. There are genuine, honest companies out there who have larger goals than simply pursuing profits. Just because a practice is common in business, does not excuse its ethics. There are A TON of unethical things done in business every single day, that consumers are unaware of. That doesn't make them any less shady.

For the record, most people's problem with this whole ordeal is Tony's flat out lies and deceptive tactics. Not necessarily the premise. Once again, you can excuse a liar all you want, that doesn't mean others have to accept it as "just a part of business."

Never mentioned anything about pathogens, just poor and unprofessional practice selling e liquids at a premium price $6.75 for 10 ml of single flavor thrown together under a dirty shelf, nic solution handled without gloves, sketchy measurements, no steeping, all ingredients added with already used pipettes in a 'slap dash' fashion.

Nothing wrong with that, right> I doubt you would buy this stuff yourself given the choice of vendors using pristine labs and good recipes and handling in a befitting manner of a product for human consumption.

Man, I wish I had read this as I just purchased a 3mg subscription over the weekend... with my first box scheduled to arrive tomorrow.

Really hope I receive brand name juice and not house brand stuff.

This is unfortunate. :(

Honestly, I don't think you have anything to worry about. This issue had passed. That shill company is closed. I still think it's a great way to find/sample new juices. I just don't appreciate the dishonesty.
