You can get the brass scrwes from home depot, I forget what sizes they are but bring your old screws so you can make sure you get the right ones. Make sure you sand the switch bolt down a little where it is flat, that way it makes a better more consistent connection. If you want a nice case but don't worry a lot about how big it is go with a "cigar caddy" from provape or ebay it will hold the mini or the standard or both. Don't know about switch magnets, I have yet to have an issue with the springs in any of my zens.

just to make sure..
sand the top of the brass screw make it flat, yes?

i notice the stock screw definitely is rounded. i like this idea and will let you know how it goes.

tearing down the switch once in awhile also helps. get inside the parts with a qtip and some alcohol, ull be amazed at all the black stuff (oxidation) that can accumulate.

does anyone know where to get a carrying case/holster, brass screws, or switch magnets for the zenesis standard?

i found mine here used a r842 K&J Magnetics, I'm pleased with mine they fit great,
the screws you might get at a real hardware store, take them out of your zen and just go match them
good luck
