I've been using the OBS Engine Nano for awhile and been happy with it. Except that it's rebuild-able and I'm kind of Lazy. What I've found is that I prefer the Horizontal (Side To Side) coils. Problem is that all the pre-made Atty's I've encountered are Vertical.
Then I happened on the Zephyrus V2. Their pre-made coil is vertical Dual coils and .35 Ohm. They also use Kendo Organic Cotton. So I was intrigued. I found it was going for around $25.00 then I went to ebay and found it for $12.00. At $12.00 I couldn't resist. When it arrived I checked the serial numbers and the tank was Authentic. Gotta love Ebay.
Pluses are that it's a top fill. Tastes great with included Kendo Cotton Atty, holds a whopping 5ml of liquid. I'm telling you don't know why but Horizontal Coils just provide a tastier vape.
Negatives are that it's taller and skinnier than my OBS Engine and the air flow is from the bottom which may cause it to leak. Time will tell. Also the RBA Build deck seemed very narrow and hard to work with.
Anyway If you prefer the taste of a horizontal coil setup than this is a contender
