ZMAX Battery options

I've tried searching all over the place, but yet to find confirmation whether the following battery is suitable for the ZMAX v2

AW P18650 3.7v - 31 (3100 mAh)

Could anyone confirm this please or suggest the next best thing if this is too large.

Check with the vendor of the Zmax. Higher Mah batteries are larger in diameter. (2200 & up)

I don't know if its too large, but its an IC Li-ion battery. And although this one has bigger mah than some other AWP batteries it actually doesn't perform as well under load unless at low amperages.
For a device like a Zmax you should be using IMR. An AW IMR battery would be ideal. They are Li-Mn.
