Zmax Smok not working with clearomizer from Kanger?

I've checked the voltage.. checked and rechecked all of the contacts, it is not firing .. I can swap my vivi nova without issue ... I have heard good things about the Kanger .. would really appreciate any recommendations someone can provide. I have gone through the clearomizer a few times to make sure nothing is obstructing the contacts to the wicks, removed the plastic / rubber cover protecting the wicks.. Thanks in advance

yeah, regular carto's are working (sorry had to dig around to find one ) .. full smoke and everything..

disregard.. I fixed it apparently the kit came with a replacement head that works fine but the packaged one was defective.. sorry to have bothered you all .. maybe the wick that comes already installed was either defective or is just a tease

You might want to try investigating that failed head a little bit. The coil wires make contact in both sides of the silicone insert in the base of it, and I have seen a couple of those that were poorly put together.

A cheap multimeter should be on your list of vaping gadgets you need to get. It makes it very easy to test the resistance of a cartomizer to see if that is where the problem is.
