Leaky Tanks, ideas?

So, I have 3 Kanger clearomizers, T2,T3, and the ProTank. Each of these leak on my battery after a few tokes. Anything I can do to make this stop? I also have a couple of mini vivi novas, and they have never leaked, not once...I just enjoy the vapor and the flavor I get from the Kangers. Here's what I've tried:

T2...( i have 2 tanks)
New Wicks, lasts about 1/2 tank before leakage
Removing the flavor wick, and adding some cotton in its place, last about 1 tank before leakage

T3...(i have 3 tanks)
Replace base/wick, lasts about 1 and 1/2 tank before leakage
Flipping "cuppin" the little rubber peice that covers the wick, no change

ProTank
Replace base/wick, lasts about 1 and 1/2 tank before leakage
Flipping "cuppin" the little rubber peice that covers the wick, no change
Removing the flavor wick, and adding some cotton in its place, last about 1 tank before leakage

My liquid is all VG. Have to batterys, one is 3/7 volts, the other is VV. Tried each of this at Volts from 3.0-4.2, results are the same.

Suggestions please, or better clearomizers that jsut don't leak.

I've never used 100% VG juice, but i know I had a problem at first with 50/50 juices leaking for me on my T3's/protank. Most of the time adding a flavor wick or two, or removing them all altogether and adding a 3mm peice of flavor wick over the top. I see that you'e already tried this to no avail.

Also, there is usually a little rubber grommet under the center pin (the part that comes in contact with the battery) that could be shifted all out of whack causing it. when I first learned to rebuild these, I smashed the center pin back in too tightly and I had black n blue juice all over the inside of my pocket all day. I had to take some small needlenose pliers to pull out the center pin a little (if you pull it out all the way thatll end in catastrophe) and readjust the rubber grommet, then push the pin back to it's desired location. I would give that look. If you look at that center post and under it there is white rubber thats all to one side or the other, that may be the culprit.

FWIW, i rewicked some of my old T3's with 2mm ekowool, with a piece of 1mm silica inside of it, that effectivly plugs up any holes that could allow juice to leak, but still allows for proper wicking. after watching a bunch of rewicking videos, i noticed people were still using the flavorwick, but then noticed that the ekowool was hollow and some old vivi wick i had laying around fit in there nicely, and the flavorwick was no longer needed to take up any gaps.

I just bought a couple MT3's and had the leakage/gurgling problem that drove me absolutely nuts. Would do it every time it'd get low. Upgraded it to the new MT3s and leaking has completely stopped...if you already have the T3, you can just buy the "s" upgraded base instead of the entire tank...

i picked up a few of those upgrade kits from MBV last week. havent tried them though since the ones i have rebuilt are working so well.
