ZNA DNA 30 question

I have just received my ZNA dna 30 unit as this being my first dna I what to know if what it is doing is normal. If I let the unit set after the 2 minute time to let the screen go dark and go back and fire the unit, I get the ZEN ZNA SS# display. Then it proceeds to fire normal. This happens every time. I thought this was only to happen when you installed the battery.

Yes, it auto-shuts down after two minutes. Check the DNA30 user manual:

Auto power down
The screen will be at full brightness while firing. After 15 seconds with no button presses, the screen will
dim. 2 minutes after the last button press, the screen will fade out and the device will go to sleep mode.
Pressing any button will turn the device and display back on.

Normal, its operating fine. you're good.

Yep same here shows the startup screen every time it powers down the screen, it will vape right away though, as the startup is showing.
