Kanthal A-1 help

I looking to buy good quality Kanthal A-1 wire for building my coils , i googled many sites ,
i end with the following three site but there is huge price and quantity difference between two of them and the third one , i don't know which one of them is better ,

finally i want to have a good quality kanthal wire ,
also after reading regard best Wire gauge i end up to chose 30 (AWG) , is it good choice ,

They are all good suppliers and I would not worry about any quality issues with them. I would shop the best price. Check out shipping too, that could be a big deal for you.

Hello, 30 gauge is a good wire for micro coils with 8 wraps and 1.8 ohms in pro tanks.

I own temco wire, works great, and free shipping. Most sites I think buy from them and resell it.

I vote for temco, good stuff, great service and they really know their products.

30 is a good all around wire for medium resistance builds thick enough to not burn out. but thin enough to stay around 1.2 - 1.5 on a standard coil.

well seeing how temco doesnt exactly build nuclear reactors or warheads I dont know why they would even have any. lol

As other said go for the cheapest since Kanthal is the same everywhere I'm using .25mm pretty sure that is 30 gauge, it's easier to work with especially using 3mm Ekowool.

On the plus side, it probably only happened once....when the space aliens landed, and they used a Sasquatch bio-robot to tip over the tank so they could feed the (now captured) loch Ness monster. Or maybe that was Godzilla. Not sure. Anyway, it's rare at best.
