Just to make it clear so I can adjust the wishlist in my account on your website...
When you say 'Mini 510 Fusions' do you mean that you may have 35mm 510 Fusion cartos that will fit anywhere a typical standard (non XL / Mega) carto would? And they would be punched? And available in SR?

So intrigued about the classified 510 carto as well...

Not far off in a way actually... from "Top Secret" - one of many classic Zucker brothers films.
We were supposed to have the Mini Punch 510 Fusion cartos. It turn out that they didn't quite make it as well as the standard Platinums for the mini ego models ugh. We did get in the 2 new tanks as well as the ego tank ring. Mega 510 Fusion Punch, LR and SR. 801 Fusion LR,SR and Punch. Mega Platinum and standard SR Platinum Punch. As well as 3 types of Fusion tank. Ry4 10,18, and 24mg Gold. Io6 and 510 atties. The prototype is just what it is and is going to require more time unfortunately.

I know, just running low and I'm tired of my Provari looking like a snake that ate a rat with the 801 carto's and adapter!

Alas - well, hopefully you get the non-Mega 510 Fusions in sometime soon!
In the meantime, I will continue to stalk your website and twitter feed so I can pick up some standard plat punch cartos and a couple i06 atomizers :)

You can count on it Ben! It's just so upsetting. Every year around this time upon ordering details always seem to get over looked.

Any unpunched 510 fusions, even mega?
Yes of course :)
Fusion Series Cartomzers>Fusion Series, both have LR and SR stamped on the photos. I have a feeling many people overlooked these.

What did they do? Is it something that can be fixed with a little whittling or what not? I was really digging the looks of them!
Yes! The plastic needs to be shaved from the inside, just a mm  I need help for sure :(

Hmmmm. sounds like a piece of SS stock turned down to the ID, the length of open area, minus one cap.Slide the tube on, bore one side, flip it over and bore the other? Use the friction of the SS stock to hold it as you bore it out, not really the prettiest end result, but it's a quick and dirty solution to a bad problem?

Right but the problem is, is that they're transparent poly. I would really like to keep it crystal. Do you think it can be done?

That's the problem, no! The machining will show, BUT it will just be where the caps are. The problem with any plastic, UHMW, Poly, Lexan etc. is keeping it clear when machining it. We used Canola oil as a lube when making Lexan gauge faces and it helped, but that was mainly to keep from staining it, when it was counterbored it wasn't translucent anymore because of the machining marks.
Another thought would be heat swagging. Heat them up and put them in an expandable die to swell them out. But it will show the lines from the heat and stress, meaning it would look distorted.
The only true way would be to ore them undersized a bit, then polish the snot out of them to get the translucence again, but I can't imagine the amount of labor involved with that!
