Just shot you off an email, let me know if you get it or not. I had to use PDF to export the drawing, but it should be easy enough to print out and about any machine shop should be able to make it easy enough!
Thanks Sawman! I seen it and i think it can work! Thank you man! I'm going to head over to the shop tomorrow. Packed up around 80 orders today so there's a bit of free time for tomorrow
Another was would be to have the threads molded instead of cut. You could also have metal threaded ends put on the tubes but both would be costly.
Thats a great idea J5! but yes your right, it would get costly. I'll talk it over. I love the full on threaded idea. Hmmmmmmm

Glad to help Issac! I think they can figure out what I'm trying to do, they may need to make the center tit a bit smaller, but with the carto's I measured on hand, that .360" dimension should be mighty close!

I like the idea of the screw on tank as well, I know here it would be very expensive, but no idea what it would cost over there! I also would try and incorporate an o-ring in there as well just to keep the seal tight and not have the Vivi problem!

I LOVE your tank man! This thing looks really good, I mean REALLY good for the money! But I have to say I'm missing the 801's, not the look, but there is just something about them that is SO much better than the 510 fusion's! The 510's have been better than the others I've tried by miles mind you, they just don't seem to have the hit and the flavor I got spoiled on with the 801's.

I hear you Sawman! I been using a Fusion lately also. I don't care how it doesn't fit flush with he unit and the filler definitely needs to be dropped about a quarter inch to make it more tank friendly. The 510 connection just doesn't give enough room for modification. The only thing I can think of is to attach a 510 connection into the 801 permanently to duplicate it's effects.
