My PV will produce enough of an quick amperage draw to cause an arc, detectable if you hold an AM radio next to it and listen. This arc would have the possibility of igniting vapor given the right air / fule mixture, not a great bet for a 5 minute wait...
The right air - fuel mixture with small enough particles can make almost any substance explosive / flammable, I'll stick with the odds that will keep me off the evening news.
