Besides getting a bunch of different sampler flavors as you may love/hate certain flavors; I was suggested to get a few different levels to start with. They said start high and if you comfortable going lower go lower. But if you start too low you will be tempted to go back to the analogs.

Lets see . . . I started at 18 a little over a year ago; went to 12 at the 4 month mark, and cut down to 6 about 10 months in. I could go to zero now, I'm sure, but I can't think of any good reason to do so.
I really enjoy the flavor of my juices at 6mg, and I've read that low doses of nicotine are used in the treatment Alzheimer's patients . . . my lousy memory being what it is, dropping the nic would be positively reckless, I think.
