Magic Bar Alpha 20k: The "Dual Mesh" Standard (+ 50% OFF Christmas Code inside)

Hello ECF Community,

As we wrap up the year, I’ve been looking back at the devices that really made an impression on me in 2025. While puff counts keep getting crazier (30k, 50k...), there is one device that I believe hit the absolute "Sweet Spot" for performance and daily usability: The Magic Bar Alpha 20,000.
Magic Bar Alpha 20000 Puffs DTL Big Cloud Disposable Vape
I wanted to dedicate a post to this specific device because, in my opinion, it sets the standard for what a modern DTL disposable should be.

Why the Alpha 20k is a "Daily Driver" contender:

1. Dual Mesh is Non-Negotiable for DTL

If you are a Direct-to-Lung vaper, single coil disposables just don't cut it anymore. The Alpha utilizes Dual Mesh Coil technology.

  • What this means for you: It’s not just about bigger clouds (though it has those). It’s about consistency. It prevents that flavor drop-off that usually happens halfway through a device. The hit is warm, saturated, and instant.
2. The "Smart Screen" Utility
I was skeptical about screens at first, but the Alpha’s display is genuinely useful.

  • Precise Management: Knowing your exact Battery % and E-Liquid Level changes how you use the device. You never leave the house with a dead vape, and you never get a dry hit surprise. It turns a "guessing game" into a controlled experience.
3. The Perfect Size
20,000 puffs is a lot of liquid. Usually, that requires a "brick" form factor. The Alpha manages to pack this capacity into a shell that fits comfortably in a pocket. It’s substantial enough to feel premium, but light enough to carry all night.

The "Perfect Timing" (Christmas Event)

Now, the reason I am posting this today is because the timing couldn't be better.

We have just launched our Christmas Sale, and frankly, it’s the biggest discount we’ve ever done.

You can currently get the Magic Bar Alpha 20k (and everything else) for 50% OFF.

  • Code: DECENT
  • Discount: 50% OFF Storewide
If you have been curious about Dual Mesh tech or wanted to try the Smart Screen features, you can now grab this premium device for the price of a cheap gas station bar.

My recommendation: Grab a couple of different flavors while the stock holds up. It’s the best way to start 2026.

Get the Magic Bar Alpha 20k Here (Use Code: DECENT)

Discussion:

For those who have already tried the Alpha series—what is your top flavor recommendation for the new users jumping in on this sale?

Merry Christmas!

INNOKIN KLYPSE PLUS review by hittman

Hello and welcome. I am back again with you already for another review. This time I will be taking a look at the new Innokin Klypse Plus that was sent to me by Innokin in order to provide you with a fair and honest review. The Klypse Plus is an improved version of the original Klypse. It has an upgraded 1800mah battery contained in a lightweight aluminum body. It is strictly an auto draw device without a screen or fire button. It does have a nice magnetic dust proof protective cap to protect the mouthpiece of the 2ml pod that the Klypse Plus uses. It is fully compatible with the Klypse V2 pod cartridges.

INITIAL THOUGHTS:

The packaging for the Klypse Plus has a nice and clean appearance. The front has the Innokin name and Klypse Plus names near the top. There is a nice color picture of the device contained inside and some information about the device near the bottom. The back of the box has a warning, package contents, company information, and an authenticity code. Also is the name of the color version near the bottom which you can see is Crystal Silver that I received. I am a little surprised that a device named “Plus” only has a single .8 ohm pod included. However, Innokin was nice enough to include a spare box of the .8 and 1.2 ohm pods with my sample for this review. I do wish that they had included a .6 ohm pod which would better fit my style of vaping.

1765761554650.png

One side of the Plus has the Klypse Plus name etched into the aluminum body while the opposite side has the Innokin name etched on it. The version I received has a really nice silver to blue fade effect. On the thinner sides, one side has the USB-C fast charging port and a simple battery indicator light underneath. The opposite side has a sliding airflow adjuster. The fast charging port allows the user to charge up to 80% in just 30 minutes to get you back up and running quickly. According to the website, the Klypse plus battery indicator is green as long as it’s above 30%, yellow from 10-30%, and red below 10%. It appears that there has been a misprint in the user manual that I received.

Hellvape Dead Rabbit 4 RDA by Infinium

9tllLk5.jpeg

After the Dead Rabbit 3 RDA was my first Hellvape atom, I decided to place my trust back in the brand by requesting the DR 4 RDA in the photo free of charge from Sourcemore, who granted my request without receiving money or having a working relationship. Fourth chapter of the Hellvape dripper designed for dual coil use but with accessories, supplied in the package for those who, like me, prefer single coil vaping.

4b5hVNK.jpeg

Box quicker to open compared to all the others I've tried, at the cost of a bit of sturdiness. Rich content with the Dead Rabbit 4 RDA, double drip tip and 510 adapter, plate/deck reducer for single use. Accessories for unscrewing the screws and spare parts, double strip of cotton, BF pin and tool for cutting the legs to the same length.

sXYghbb.jpeg

Dead Rabbit 4 RDA made entirely of steel with two different types of finishes and, excluding the drip tip and pin, it is 22.5 mm high: much lower than its predecessor, and those who, like me, do not like having the coil a few mm from the mouth must equip themselves with taller drip tips. The width, on the other hand, is a standard 24 mm, weight 43 grams.

1bbUHol.jpeg

The two standard 810 drips vary exclusively in material and not in size: one entirely in steel with the end part in resin, the other has the end part in steel and the part to be inserted into the cap in black plastic. 810 connection with an O-ring inside the top cap, also customizable with a 510 adapter included in the package, unfortunately made of quite thin frosted plastic material but it is also possible to install steel aftermarket ones without problems.

5AKvc0L.jpeg

The air ring finish recalls the same sandblasted finish used for the Anniversary Edition of the Dead Rabbit 3 RDA which I own and which was released in 2024. After a year, the one on the 3 remains intact without surface scratches, as can happen on some steel atomizers, and has not blackened; I hope this will be the same case with this one. Ring composed in one body and can be extracted from the chamber by simply pulling upwards after removing the drip tip. Airflow system consisting of 10 holes per side (20 total) which can be partially closed by the aforementioned ring equipped with a stopper.

umhFprG.jpeg

First overview of the deck solely to make it clear that the chamber's air holes must be aligned with the airflow system on the deck itself to allow the chamber itself to lock (which does not rotate) but which allows the air ring to rotate and partially close the holes. A bit complicated to "unplug" if the RDA 4 is not screwed onto a mod or tab.

441zxHI.jpeg

The deck, compared to the 3, has its own true wells instead of being totally open. Air that arrives exclusively from the sides and to the sides of the coil (hence side airflow). 4 "postless" posts, another slight difference compared to the 3 with tightening screws on the sides and freedom to use whether building in single or dual coil, using the reducer or not. In the center there are also the squonk holes from which the liquid comes out when using BF mode with the appropriate perforated pin. The capacity of the deck itself, given by the cotton wells, is obviously greater in single, varying between 1.5 to almost 2 ml of reserve liquid without problems of leakage from the air holes. A small digression on the single coil adapter in steel, equipped with a small tooth in the lower part which must be tightened in the post as if it were a real coil. Once installed, two opposing posts remain open, making it mandatory to create the coil with the legs in that manner and not parallel.

u2sWAcE.jpeg

It is possible to use it in both dripper and BF modes since the liquid holes remain uncovered. I obviously advise against using it on unprotected mechanical mods with the single coil plate for safety reasons. The biggest benefit of using the single coil adapter is a slightly more restricted draw. Coil height as always, Hellvape suggests cutting the legs to 5 mm, which especially in dual coil are unnecessarily long for me when using a 3 mm diameter coil. To let the air hit the coil there are no problems given the two rows of airflow, it should be noted that since there are 5, to hit the coil centrally, at least 3 need to be open, given that the third is exactly in the center of the posts on the deck.

HE7agLz.jpeg

A solid pin for dripping is present in the package and the possibility of mounting a second one with a hole for bottom feeder vaping. Replacement is simple as you just unscrew to extract it, with a little care it can also be replaced with the coils installed. To extract the gold-plated "turret", the grub screws must first be unscrewed and extracted in addition to the pin, after which it comes off easily.

hR86C7k.png

Dead Rabbit 4 RDA, some extra aesthetic attention and finally single coil customization compared to the 3, with the latter perhaps to be better developed in the future by removing the superfluous items in the package, from the second drip tip to the coils and creating a single accessory, which, however, works well. Tolerances and O-ring sizes are spot on, workmanship in line with the cost. Like all Hellvape products, for an RDL it is more than fine. For now, it is the most flavorful Hellvape I have tried.

Hellvape Dead Rabbit 4 RDA is available in various colors on Sourcemore Hellvape Dead Rabbit 4 RDA Atomizer 24mm at the price of $22.59 using the code HDR4 during checkout.

I would like to thank (and wish happy anniversary again) to the staff and community of the e-cigarette forum for the space, and Sourcemore for providing me with the Dead Rabbit 4 RDA free of charge.

Alright people, JUST mixed these up, and they are **STEEPING**. With only the Rich Vanilla to worry about, I decided on a short 1 week steep, and a 3.5% testing weight.

> As always, these are mixed and steeped as listed, in a 70v/30p/3mg base. Tested on the SteamCrave RDTA v.1, running dual vertical Kanthal 24ga. coils, with Koh Gen Do cotton. Fresh or dry burned coils w./ fresh cotton before every test. Tested at 65 watts.

These flavors were provided free of charge for the purposes of these reviews, but you'll get it, like I get it.

**Baja (BCF) 3.5%/5.5% (12-7-25)** -- FINALLY (after a short 1 week steep), breaking into this BRAND NEW Series from Bull City Flavors. Because it was a BRAND NEW line, I had to guess as the percentages, and this one I started out at 3.5%, but bumped up to 5.5%. It was much fuller at the higher weight, but not linearly, so the single flavor ceiling might be closer to 5%. At the higher weight, it was VERY close to a Baja Blast Mountain Dew. No other way to put it. I almost did a double-take, to see it the flavor was Teal colored LOL. Exactly like the soda, it was centered around a sweet, smooth lime, with some lighter Pineapple accents. There were possibly some other fruits in there, but they were to hard to pick out, with the exception of maybe a mango.

At 5.5% it was fairly full, and at about a 7/10 on the strength scale. Sweetness was just about mid-level, and I couldn't pick out any squirrel-y notes, and/or any complaints. About my only want would have been just a bit more saturation, but that was about it. VERY true to a Baja Blast. There was a slight fizzy-ness, but only slight. All in, a great first one, from this batch of first ones, and leaving it high at an **8.8/10**. You CAN do the dew with this one. :)

**Blueberry (BCF) 3.5%/5.5% (12-7-25)** -- I also started this one out at 3.5%, but 5.5% proved to allow it to open up a lot more. This one was a VERY interesting take on a Blueberry, as it straddled not only a natural blueberry, but also a slightly candied/jammed. A VERY interesting medley. I think that blueberries are one of the FEW flavors, where a little "funk" actually IS a good thing, and this one had JUST enough, to add to the overall depth, and realism. Just a TOUCH of funk.

At the lower 3.5% weight it was good, but just wasn't as full and deep, as it was at the higher weight. Strength wise, at the higher weight, I would give it an 8.9/10 on the strength scale. Sweetness was a few ticks below mid level, and I could find NO off-notes to complain about. All in, this was a very "fresh" take on a blueberry, which was fairly complex, with natural, candied/jammed nuances, along with just enough of the funky-ness. On the finish, there was also a nice little punch, which presented as slightly tarty, almost somewhat fermented, which in this flavor, was an absolute PLUS. Very complex, tasty, and didn't leave you (or me) wanting. Leaving this near the top end, at a **9.4/10**.

**Blue Raspberry (BCF) 3.5%/5.5% (12-7-25)** -- 3.5% felt a little thin, and 5.5% worked much better with this one. Tart, Sour, and Blue were the big take-aways with this one. The good news is Bull City Flavors left out the Blue #1. It doesn't matter how many people you talk to, no one really knows what's in a Blue Raspberry. Some seem to have banana, pineapple, even cherry on top of a tart raspberry. This one seemed more centered around a blueberry, sharp/tart raspberry combo. Perky, tart, and fairly artificial, but true to the actual ICEE flavor (for those of you in the US).

No off-notes, and sweetness was surprisingly lower than expected, at a few ticks below mid-level. I typically don't like over-sweetened flavors, as you can't take it out, BUT, I think this one might actually benefit from a touch of sweetener, to help it POP more. Kudos out to BCF for not over-sweetening it, as that left it up to US to decide. At 5.5% it wasn't a screamer, and it was about a 7.5/10 on the strength scale. All in, a good tart raspberry/blueberry-ish combo with lower than expected sweetness levels. Leaving this one fairly high at a **8.5/10**.

**Candy Cane (BCF) 3.5%/5.5% (12-7-25)** -- Like the previous flavors, I started out at 3.5%, and quickly bumped it up to 5.5% where it was much fuller. This one smelled literally, EXACTLY like a candy cane in the bottle, and when testing it, that's EXACTLY what I got. One of the most impressive things for my tastes, was that there was very little cooling effect, which is very common in many/most mint flavors. There was a slight hint of cooling on the finish, but that was IT !!!! I don't use cooling agents, so that was a big deal for me.

At 5.5% it was very good, and at about a 9.5/10 on the strength scale, and I had ZERO wants with this one. No off-notes, and even though it was billed as a "candy" it actually came in a tick or two below mid-level sweet. Very authentic, and literally, a perfect candy cane, nothing more, nothing less. Bull City Flavors did an outstanding job with this one, as it wasn't simply a sweetened peppermint, but they really captured the almost "smooth" candy texture if that makes sense. Very good, and I can't believe I'm going to do this for a "mint" flavor, but release the Kraken folks, too spot on not to. **10/10**. Get your peppermint bark recipes ready.

**Cherry (BCF) 5.5% (12-10-25)** -- Initially (because of past cherry incidents), I was hesitant to try this at the higher 5.5% as some cherries can go nuclear when tested too high. My fears however, were misplaced, and this one did NOT hit DEFCON 1 levels. It presented as a fairly artificial cherry, with hints of natural. It actually reminded me of a mashup between a Luden's Cherry Cough Drop (no medicinals), and a Rita's Water Ice Cherry. At the 5.5% weight it was fairly strong, and at a 8/10 on the strength scale. Sweetness was just below mid-level, and I didn't get any scary off notes from this one.

It leaned heavily towards an artificial maraschino, and there was some slight dryness on the finish. Overall it was very smooth, and missing much of the tart or bite that some fresh cherries have. If you need a natural cherry, this one may not work out for you, but for smoother, artificial needs, this one would work out. All in, a very smooth, heavily artificial cherry. Saturation levels were great at 5.5%, and the only knock would be the slight dryness on the finish. Leaving it high at a **9/10**.

**Coffee Candy (BCF) 5.5% (12-8-25)** -- The moment I started this test, I was immediately struck with, "This is just like an RY4, but for Coffee" !!!! Yes, that was my first thought, and I was never able to shake it. I don't think I've ever had a "Coffee Candy" (or a Candied Coffee, more on that later.....), but this flavor made me wish I had. Because I ended up increasing all of the previous flavors to 5.5%, I've moved this, and all the remaining up as well. At 5.5% it presented as a pretty believable (you guessed it), Coffee Candy. It tasted like a mix of both coffee and espresso, at about a 60%/40% Coffee/Espresso split. After the finish there was a great lingering just slightly bitter coffee/espresso note, which completely worked here.

The carrier for the caffeines seemed to be mostly caramel, but I swore I was getting a light vanilla cream note in there as well. Sweetness was just above mid-level, which worked for a "candy". No off-notes, but I had one thought. I kept thinking it was more of a candied coffee, than a coffee candy, which I think worked in it's favor, as the focus was more on the coffee, than the sweet. It was an outstanding flavor, and I'd probably give it a 10/10 on just the taste, but the "candy" part had me somewhat unconvinced. It was soo good, I didn't feel right marking it down too much for that one aspect, so I finally decided on a **9.5/10**. Very good, coffee w./ espresso, layered on top of a creamy, slightly vanilla'd carrier, with a touch of caramel. DAMN good !!!!

**Grape Slush (BCF) 5.5% (12-11-25)** -- Right Out Of The Gate I had two big take-aways from this one. First, I was GLAD as hell that BCF did NOT taint this flavor with ANY COOLING !!!! The second, was it was EXACTLY what it claimed to be. If you wanted cooling, you could ADD it, and DAMN, this tasted exactly like a sweet, grape, almost candied syrup that you would pour over shredded/crushed ice, and enjoy on a hot summer day. EXACTLY. As previously mentioned, I stopped playing around with 3.5%, and just started testing at 5.5%, and this one POPPED at this weight. I don't think I've ever done this before, but I"m giving it a 10/10 on the strength scale. Grape, grape, and MO grape here people. I could try and list a hundred different comparisons to try and convey exactly what it tasted like, like grape bubbleyum, grape nehi, tart grape candies, but I think you get the idea. It was almost entirely artificial, with only hints of natural grape, sweetened higher as you would expect for a slush/ie syrup, and kissed off with just a bit of tart/sour on the finish.

The grape profile was actually kind of complex, despite being a one dimensional "artificial" grape, as it wandered around a bit, and sometimes it would make me think of grape bubble yumm (the grape, not the gum profile), other times a grape nehi soda, other times simply a great candied syrup. It didn't really keep you guessing what it was, but it kept you interested if that makes sense. Sweetness was a couple of clicks above mid-level, but never reached "cloyingly sweet' status, and it worked for the flavor profile. All in here, BCF nailed the flavor, as it tasted to me exactly as it should, and at times, it reminded me of how I responded to my first tests of Medicine Flower Blueberry. Blueberry explosion !!!! Well, hehe, this was a GRAPE explosion my friends. Not natural, not like the fruit per se, so if you want that, look elsewhere. If you want something to make a Grape Slushie, WITH, the ability to add cooling if you WANT to, get this flavor. I can't not release the Kraken again with this one. **10/10**. Zero hesitation.

**Mango (BCF) 5.5% (12-14-25)** -- Out of the gate, I could tell this one was going to cover MORE of the Mango spectrum than most. My current go to has been Flavor Express Mango which excelled at the bright and punchy notes. Kind of syrupy, but never a full on "syrup-ed" flavor, nor candied. Sweetness was about 2 ticks above mid-level, and without any off-notes to complain about, it did have just a touch of mango funky-ness, that did help sell it even more.

At 5.5% it was damned full, and near the top of my Strength-O-Matic strength scale, and it landed at about a 9.2/10 on the strength scale. This mango was really a FULL spectrum flavor. Juicy, bright yellow and orange punchy notes, sparkly high end notes, and even more of the mid, and mid-dark lower notes to fully round it out. Syrup notes, but not sickly sweet, and just a touch of funk. It was honestly, very hard to fault this one, or decide where it might NOT work out. About my only "ehhh" was a slight dry kick on the finish, but only on the finish, and very minor. Leaving this juicy one high at a **9.2/10**.

**Peach (BCF) 5.5% (12-14-25)** -- Moving onto the Peach, and 2nd to last in this series from Bull City Flavors. At 5.5% this one presented more of a semi-vague yellow peach. I mean, it was actually a GREAT flavor, and had aspects of a juicy yellow peach, fairly natural, and with some nice syrup-d notes. It just didn't feel like it made it 100% of the way there. Throughout the tests, I kept getting the aforementioned notes, along with a light apricot, and if you can believe it, an almost red delicious apple. Now, hehe, this wasn't an apple flavor, but I did get some of that in the mix.

At 5.5% it was present, but not what I would call strong, and maybe an 8/10 on the strength scale. I didn't get any definitive "off-notes", but it still felt like it could use a little help getting across the full on peach finish line. With that said, I could see loads of uses for this one, but maybe not as the primary yellow peach driver. Very tasty, but not 100% of the way there. Leaving it squarely at an **8.1/10**.

**Rich Vanilla (BCF) 5.5% (12-14-25)** -- Moving on to the LAST ONE in this series, and maybe the one I wanted to test the most (kinda). Right from the start, I could tell, this wasn't going to be a "regular" vanilla ride. I picked up on a few notes from this one, a Madagascar Vanilla, an interesting bakery undertone with caramel, and nutty-ness (??), some light spicy-ness, and a creamy carrier. WOW, talk about a complex flavor. The creamy undertone/carrier was a very interesting inclusion, and it stayed present, but below the main vanilla note, and helped bridge in the caramel, bakery, spicy notes. The nutty-ness was a guess, as it wandered around a bit to avoid complete isolation.

At 5.5% it was almost too damned good, and almost assaulted you with it's rich, creamy, vanilla. I would put it very high on the strength scale at this percentage, about a 9.7/10. It tasted very solidly in the Mada camp with it's darker notes, and slight spicy-ness. The amount of notes/nuances might sound like a lot, but as a whole they worked in concert, and presented as, well, a pretty Rich and Interesting Vanilla. I have to say, it had a lot more than I had expected it to. I could see a LOT of uses for this one, and honestly, I can't think of another flavor on my racks that it was like, and I've got a LOTTA racks, so that's saying something. No one wants to buy a flavor, only to dupe another one (or more), that they already have. You won't with this one. If you are in the mood for a hella surprising "vanilla" flavor, madagascar based, with light bakery, nutty, and spice notes, riding on a smooth creamery carrier, you might want to look at the BIG bottles for this one. Sweetness was about mid-level, and it worked here, and I could not find any off-notes, complaints, or hell, even any "wants" with this one.

I love it, when I can close out a series, especially a NEW series, with a banger, and that's exactly what happened her folks. Releasing the Kraken one final time in this new flavor line from BCF with a **10/10**. I have quite a few "Vanilla-Head" friends, and I can't wait to hear what they think.

**Root Beer (BCF) 5.5% (12-10-25)** -- After @Lynda_Marie asked me I'd tested this one, I bumped it to the front of the line. I was curious to see what she tasted, but as always, I don't read ANY other reviews, before I complete mine. Let me start this by saying, if you love a traditional, old school, home made Root Beer, you should BUY this flavor. Period. Bull City Flavors really nailed this one. Before I get into the specifics, the thing that most impressed me, was that I could actually TASTE the individual ingredients, and they were in an almost perfect ratio. Right out of the gate you were slammed by a very good Wintergreen, followed directly by an almost as powerful anise/black licorice, and it finished with a somewhat creamy vanilla note, topped with JUST the right amount of cinnamon. Now, even though I could easily pick out those notes, they summed together into just a damn near perfect Root Beer.

At 5.5% it didn't taste like it was smashing the ceiling, and it was about a 9.9/10 on the strength scale. Sweetness was about a tick above mid-level, and I, hehe, GAVE UP trying to find any complaints, wants, or issues with this one before I even finished the first tester. This one was SOO good, that it might have just knocked my current secret weapon [Tasty Puffs Rasta Rootbeer](https://tastypuff.com/product/rasta-rootbeer/) off of it's perch. I didn't get any overt "fizz", but it did have a little bite to it, that honestly, worked just as well. NOTHING was lacking in this flavor, and as you may have guessed, it's BBA (Big Bottle Approved). In closing, one of the other great things about this one, was it didn't present as a "generic" RB, or even a Fanta, or Shasta, but as an honest, Homemade, Old School Root Beer. Releasing the Kraken on this one folks. NO hesitation. **10/10**. Can't wait to throw this in with some LB VIC !!!!

**Strawberry (BCF) 5.5% (12-12-25)** -- As the number of Strawberries on the market increases, I always wonder if the one I'm testing will be different, or unique in any way from all of the others I've tested. Luckily BCF made it easy on me with this one. It WAS fairly unique, and that's always GREAT for me when testing. It presented as a fairly "artificial" strawberry, but with some unexpected TWISTS. It was candied, but maybe almost more of a syrup, or syrup'd might be more accurate. Throughout the tests, I did keep getting some damned nice jammie notes, and some high end, sparkly notes. The initial on-rush was very full, and with some jammie notes, but the mid and finish morphed into a smoother strawberry. It actually proved to be fairly complex throughout my tests. I kept getting a light under tone that I had a hard time nailing down, and I think it was similar to a juicy white grape note. Very light, but still there, and worked very interestingly along with the SB notes.

At 5.5% it was full, and I'd rate it at about a 8.9/10 on the strength scale. No real complaints other than a slight dryness at the very end. I got brief, very slight natural notes, but overall it was 98% artificial. My first mixing thoughts were Strawberry Milks, SB Malted Milkshakes, etc., and it would power them very nicely. I think we can all agree that coming to market with a new and unique SB is hard, but BCF did it, with this one. If you're looking for a realistic natural, this one isn't for you, but it you are in the mood for a VERY good, unique, and complex artificial SB with some nice tart, and syrupy jammy notes, this one SHOULD be on your list. As a general rule, I don't mark down purely for artificial or natural for that matter, and it is/was a great SB. My only complaint would be the ever so slight dryness on the finish, but that was minor. Leaving this sticky sweet one very high at a **9.6/10**.

INNOKIN PLEXUS PRO & GO DEVICES REVIEWED BY BIGBOB2322

Hello folks and welcome back for today's review on 2 devices that are very similar but in the same token very different. I'm talking about the Plexus Pro and the Plexus Go devices from Innokin. Both of these devices are tube type vape devices with the Pro having adjustable wattage and adjustable airflow control with a rechargeable 1350mAh internal battery with a maximum power output of 25 watts. The Plexus Go on the other hand is a simpler device having fixed wattage by way of smart wattage in which the device senses the pod being used and sets the correct wattage for that pod. There is adjustable airflow as well with a rechargeable 1000mAh internal battery with a maximum wattage output of 20 watts. Both can be vaped using the button or auto draw, the button can be deactivated on both devices. Let's check out these 2 gems now.

► Innokin EZ Leva Pod System Kit; How it's made:
Innokin sent me the silver version of the EZ Leva Kit for this review. Below, we can see the leather coating on the handle and side panels of the power bank; on one side, we can see the "Innokin" branding. The leather coating is pleasant to the touch and offers a premium grip.

The front panel, where the vape pen is located, is metal and extends laterally onto the panels. On one side, there is a hole that allows you to view the Vape Pen's charge indicator. During use, the PB powers the Vape Pen, and while charging, the LED flashes and turns off when fully charged. The Vape Pen's LED remains white until the charge is above 10%, after which it turns red. You can charge the Vape Pen independently or recharge the PB, which in turn powers the Vape Pen. Additionally, the device vibrates when the cartridge is inserted into the pen and also when the pen is removed from or inserted into the PB.

So I think I finally have putting an AirTag on a drag (or any single battery tower mod) licked

The trick is three-fold. Getting the adhesive to be sturdy, getting the mod to stand straight and look good, and integrating the tag in the first place.
This is handy if you are getting old like me and misplace things.

-A big washer with a 3/4” hole,
-a roll of 3m heavy duty foam tape, (black with red coverings)
-a Dremel with stone grinding bits,
-a tube/stick of epoxy plumbing putty (which means plastic filled),
-a utility knife and/or sharp small scissors for the tape
-a pack of jocular air tracker tags. (You need 1. They come in packs of 4)

All can be had off Amazon, but the washer may be better found at a local hardware store.

1. The washer needs to be beveled on the inside rim to hold the tag. These tags are both initially cheaper and smaller, but they have two problems: one is they are rounded on both the top and the bottom, and the other is that they eat batteries. So while they may start out a lot cheaper ($16 for four instead of $75 for 4) they may not stay that way.

These AirTags have a few differences from the Apple ones that matter: they are held together with tiny Philips screws (that may be removed. They are ALSO held with an interference snap) and they have a button on them which is good for testing them.

2. Remove the screws and place it cap up on the washer in such a way that the button (which is now on the bottom) can be reached. Additional grinding may be necessary.

3. Stick it to the washer with the epoxy putty WITHOUT sticking the cap closed. If desired a smooth fillet can be made. Epoxy putty can be rubbed smooth before it is dry with a wet finger. Or a file after it is dry.

4. Cut a really thin strip of 3m tape off the edge. Maybe 3-5mm. Cutting it at an angle makes triangles easier. If not start one triangle before you start sticking.
5. The top of the thing needs to be made close to flat. Do that by sticking the strip to the beveled part of the tag so you can cut a single triangle and snip one off. The tape is incredibly sticky (the stickiest I could find by a lot) pull the bottom stip off only to stick it to the tag. Continue around the edge till there are little red triangles in a ring around the top.

6. Remove the red bit while leaving the black bit as unmolested as possible with the utility knife (this is a PITA)

7. Stick the mod on top straight. It should look a bit like this:

The bottom will snap off allowing you to change the battery (which you will eventually need to do)

INNOKIN PLEXUS GO AND PLEXUS PRO review by hittman

Hello and welcome to another review. Today I’m here to attempt to cover the Innokin Plexus Go and Plexus Pro that were sent to me by Innokin in order to provide you with a fair and honest review. I’m going to cover both devices in one review since they are similar but with a few differences. The Go version is more simplistic without a display screen and a smaller 1000mah battery capacity. The Plexus Pro does have a display screen and a slightly larger battery capacity of 1350mah. The Go has a maximum output of 20 watts and the Pro has an output of 25 watts. Both have airflow control and can use the same pods.

INIITIAL THOUGHTS:

Normally I would start out by showing you the packaging of each device but I’m not sure that’s a good idea because the shipping box and the device boxes were badly damaged in shipping. Instead, I think I’ll just give a brief description. Each box has the Innokin and device name on the front with a viewing window showing the actual device. The back side of each box has a contents list and company information. Each device comes sitting in a white foam insert. The Go version only comes with one .8 ohm pod while the Pro version comes with a .6 ohm and a .8 ohm pod. Both also come with a quick start guide. No charging cables are included.

Both the Go and Pro versions of the Plexus come with a sticker around the base with the Plexus name on them. The pods are interchangeable but the Go only comes with one .8 ohm pod while the Pro comes with the .6 and .8 ohm pods. Both have a USB-C charging port on the side as well as the back airflow sliding control. The control has a series of three holes that can be adjust from a very tight MTL to a slightly restricted RDTL. The Go has a maximum output of 20 watts while the Pro has a maximum output of 25 watts. The Go has a 1000mah battery and the Pro has a slightly larger capacity of 1350mah. I kind of expected a “Pro” version to have a larger battery.

1765645033532.png

1765645052029.png

The button on the Go version is a long oval shape and it illuminates around the outside of the button to indicate the battery level. The Pro version has a similarly shaped button but is chrome instead of being the color of the body like on the Go. The Pro has the advantage of a .87” smart color display. It has a battery percentage display on top followed by a bar indicator, set wattage, coil resistance, and puff counter. It gives all of the basic information that you might need for a pod device. I am extremely happy that it actually gives a numerical battery percentage instead of just an indicator bar. The operation of the Pro is as follows.

  • Press the fire button 5X to turn the device on/off
  • Press the fire button 3X to change the wattage
  • Press the fire button 4X to lock the button so it is only auto draw
  • After 10 minutes of inactivity, the locking function automatically kicks in to prevent accidental firing by pressing the button.
The Pro can operate the full range of the device when using the .6 ohm pods but the output is restricted to 16 watts for the .8 ohm pod and 13 watts for the 1.2 ohm pod. I personally am not a big fan of being locked into a certain wattage range but understand why this is done so people that aren’t experienced don’t burn up pods.

1765645098826.png

1765645115419.png

The pods for the Plexus Pro and Go are semi clear and the liquid level can be fairly easily seen. When first received, there is a sticker covering the bottom of the pod to prevent accidental firing. The pod and pod opening on the Plexus devices have two magnets each to hold the pods in place securely. The pod opening on the device has two plated spring loaded contacts.

The pods have the Plexus name as well as the rated resistance clearly printed on the side of the pods. One thing I very much like about these pods is that the top has a little arrow on it indicating which direction to push in order to slide the molded top in order to expose the fill port. I very much like this design and the pods can be filled easily with no mess.

FINAL THOUGHTS:

Over all, I was very pleased with the performance of the Plexus Go and Plexus Pro that were sent to me by Innokin for this review. The stainless steel body of the devices gives a nice feeling of a quality device and seems durable. I can see where the Go version would be better for someone who is switching to vaping from smoking or disposables to a refillable device. It’s a very simplistic but good performing device. The Pro is more targeted for someone who is a little more experience and likes to see information about their vape and has the option of using the higher output .6 ohm pods.

I found the .8 ohm pod on the Go to be a really good MTL pod with the airflow closed down to about one airflow hole exposed. The battery life seemed very good and honestly I lost track of how many times I refilled the pod. I preferred the .6 ohm pod with the Pro version. The Pro defaulted to 20 watts with this pod but I quickly worked my way up to the maximum of 25 watts. The flavor was pretty good and the vapor production was acceptable. I kind of wish that the Pro went up to the 30 watt mark because I felt like the .6 ohm pod could be pushed to a higher wattage to really open up the flavor.

As usual, it has been a pleasure providing a review for another quality made Innokin product and would like to thank Innokin and Alisa for sending the samples. A big thanks also to you the readers for taking time out of your busy schedule to read my review. Below is a link to the Innokin website for your viewing pleasure.

Vaporesso Eco Nano Plus Pod System Kit — Overview & First Impressions

If you’re looking for a low-maintenance pod system that lasts way longer than the usual compact kits, the Vaporesso Eco Nano Plus is definitely worth a look. This upgraded version of the original Eco Nano brings a bigger battery, a much larger pod, and smoother heating tech while still keeping things simple for everyday use.
vaporesso-eco-nano-plus-1.jpg

Key Features
1400mAh built-in battery — seriously long-lasting for a tiny pod kit
Massive 10ml refillable pod (way more capacity than standard 2–3ml pods)
Up to ~35,000 puffs per pod with multiple refills
COREX Smooth Heating Tech for richer flavor and denser vapor
Eco-friendly pod design with long lifecycle

Performance
The Eco Nano Plus delivers surprisingly strong and consistent flavor thanks to Vaporesso’s COREX 3.0 mesh pod system. The 0.6Ω pod gives a warm, slightly restricted DL draw, while the 1.2Ω option is perfect for MTL with nic salts. Vapor stays smooth even during longer sessions, and the pod wicks quickly without dry hits.

Battery life is one of the biggest highlights — the 1400mAh cell can last multiple days for light to moderate vapers, and the huge 10ml pod means fewer refills and almost zero day-to-day maintenance.
