Anything under a year is “still terrible” 1-2 years is “some improvement but not great” where anything more than that will be “actually pretty decent now”

Hi everyone, first time on here and I could really do with some help, I have read some of the comments on this issue but i dont really understand some the Vaps which are being used, I only vap to help my many years of smoking, I started in December last year. I have a VooPoo Drag S and I use 100ml liquids from Vape District and add 20ml of Nicotine to them. I am female, 57 and vape throughout the day.
