These tests below only note my personal opinion for the ESTIMATED ratings for the batteries I tested at the time I tested them. Any battery that is not a genuine Samsung, Sony, Murata, LG, Panasonic, Molicel, or Sanyo can change at any time! This can be one of the hazards of using “rewrapped” or batteries from other manufacturers so carefully research any battery you are considering using before purchasing.

Misusing or mishandling lithium-ion batteries can pose a SERIOUS RISK of property damage, personal injury, or even death. Never use them outside of a fully protected battery pack and you use them at your own risk. Never exceed the battery’s true continuous discharge rating (CDR), never let it get colder than 0°C or hotter than 60°C, and keep the plastic wrap and top insulating ring in perfect condition. Never use a battery that is physically damaged in any way.

Testing batteries at their limits is dangerous and should never be attempted by anyone who has not thoroughly studied the dangers involved, understands the risks, has the proper equipment, and takes all appropriate safety precautions.

If the battery has only one current rating number, or if it only says "max", then I have to assume the battery is rated at that current level for any type of discharge, including continuous.




Test Results
This cell is a good performer for an 18350. It is identical in appearance and performance to the Keeppower UH1835P but it doesn’t have an exaggerated 1200mAh capacity rating like the Keeppower. This Vapcell also doesn’t have the ridiculous 15A “Max Pulse” rating the Keeppower has that will result in huge voltage sag if used.

The two cells I tested delivered 1122mAh and 1133mAh. This is above this cell’s 1100mAh rating so it appears to be accurate.

The 10A rating seems reasonable but it pushes it them hard so I recommend, like with all cells, operating these Vapcell’s at lower than their rating. For best performance (not lots of voltage sag) and long cell life I recommend staying under 5A-7A (15W-21W). Charge at 0.5A or lower!

This cell has an extra line of sealant or epoxy at the top, where the rolled over edge of the metal can meets the top plastic sealing ring. I have only seen his on the Keeppower UH1835P and I do not know why it is there. Rust prevention (when used in a humid environment) at the edge of the metal can perhaps? I scraped out this sealant/epoxy and did a few cycles of high-current pulse discharging without problems. I do not think the sealant/epoxy line is there to help keep the cell from leaking.

Hello, everyone! I am a 69 year old woman who quit smoking cigarettes 7-8 years ago by vaping instead! That's after 40+ years of smoking up to 2 packs/daily! Have been very happy about this and continue to be free of cigarettes.

I just got the DRAG 3 mod, which I had been wanting for a while. I've always used the EZ WATT - bought 3 of them then decided to try something else. So, I am new to all the wattage, etc. that is displayed on the side.

Having just watched a utube vid on the DRAG 3, I have learned several things about my new mod. One is changing it to smart mode, then back to regular mod. I noticed someone asking about this. If you need to know all I have to do is press the vape button 3 times quickly and it will change to smart mode. Do it again and it will change back. What I like about smart mode is that it goes to the wattage that should be used for the coil I am using. I didn't know s**t about coil resistance until getting this mod. Needless to say, I am learning a lot!!

If anyone could offer suggestions (Tips/Tricks) on how to operate this mod please reply with your input. It will be much appreciated. BTW - glad to have found these forums....

The Gobar Max Pod is a quite new device, with some features I’ve never seen before. The juice is separated from the coil, to always stay fresh; their new technology. You can go for a prefilled one or an empty device to fill with your own juice. More about this will follow in this review.



Design
The device comes in 5 different colors, for each color there are 2 flavors available for the prefilled version. In the picture above you can see all the colors and flavors that they have. I got the version of the device which wasn’t prefilled, so we’ll zoom in on those.



The device looks and feels like a standard disposable device, being very lightweight and comfortable to hold in the hand. There is a USB-C connection to charge the device on the bottom, right next to the fillport. This fillport is to fill the device with 15ml of eliquid one time. After that you cover the fillport with a sticker the company provides for you. Hence, it being more so targeted towards the disposable market. On the bottom there is also a switch for airflow control. You can close the airflow off completely or choose between three different open settings for it. There is some branding on the front and back of the device and on the side you can always see the juice level. On top, next to the mouthpiece is the lock to keep the juice apart from the coil and fresh.



Performance
It’s a pretty good device. Comparable to a lot of disposables on the market. Only difference for the empty one is that you can choose which e-liquid to put in there, so you always know what's in there. With other disposables this hasn’t always been the case, so this is a safer option. Fill it once and you don’t have to think about it again for 10.000 puffs.



What really makes this device stand out is that new technology; the coil is separated from the liquid. Because of this it should have a long lasting fresh taste and it should be leakproof. I can confirm that it is indeed fully leakproof. I personally haven’t experienced any leaks with it.

The device has a comfortable mouthpiece with a nice draw. You can also really tell that the airflow control actually does something. With the airflow all the way closed you get a really tight MTL draw and with the airflow open you get a loose MTL to even a RDL hit. The one thing that bothered me a little bit, but wasn’t a big issue: the device makes a whistling sound when you take a hit with the airflow all the way open. Other than that it gave a really good performance. Good flavor, doesn’t rip through juice and a good competitor against other disposables, because you can add your own juice to it.

When the device is fully empty, it takes about 60-90 minutes to fully recharge. It indicates it's charging with the light constantly on. When the light on the bottom turns off, you know the device is charged again.
