OXBAR Tri-Fusion 45K – Flavor Customization at Its Finest!

Hey fellow vapers,

I recently picked up the OXBAR Tri-Fusion 45K Disposable Vape and had to jump on here to share my thoughts. If you’re into customizable disposables or just want something flavorful that actually lasts, this one might be worth checking out.
oxbar-tri-fusion-0.jpg

Right out of the box, the design is sleek but compact — super pocketable with a great hand feel. The transparent tank design is a nice touch too; you can easily see how much juice is left. One of the coolest features, though? The Tri-Fusion flavor switch.

This isn’t just a single-flavor disposable. The OXBAR Tri-Fusion 45K comes pre-loaded with three flavors in one device, and you can switch between them with a simple toggle. It’s like having three vapes in your pocket.

The OXBAR Tri-Fusion 45K is a game-changer for those who want variety without switching devices. It's a solid pick if you’re a fan of oxbar vape products or just want something with premium performance and innovative features in a disposable format.

I got mine from my usual spot — a trusted online store vape source. Super fast shipping and they had a nice selection of flavors. Highly recommend grabbing it there if you’re curious.

Berry Melonade Blitz by Beyond E-Liquid - Review by Ben28

Berry Melonade Blitz
WhatsApp Image 2025-09-02 at 20.17.43.jpeg
This is my first time trying anything from this brand, Beyond E-Liquid, specifically their Berry Melonade Blitz. Let's get on with the review, but first, I want to thank Vapeo24 for making it possible. You can visit their page to learn more about this e-liquid.

According to the manufacturer, "Each puff immerses you in the deep, sweet flavor of blackcurrants, perfectly complemented by the freshness of ripe watermelons. To add an extra touch of excitement, the tangy and revitalizing taste of freshly squeezed lemons is incorporated, elevating the vaping experience to a whole new level.

In the sniff test, I can perfectly notice the watermelon, and I have to say I haven't had good experiences with this kind of flavor, specifically with watermelon, but we'll see how this liquid performs. I can also easily notice the acidity of the lemon if I inhale for a longer period than usual. The sweetness and characteristic flavor of the blackcurrants are also noticeable, although, in my opinion, I can detect the watermelon more than the blackcurrants, at least in the aroma. The manufacturer's claims are definitely met, at least in the smell.

Now for the vaping, but first, this liquid was tested in an Oumier Wasp Nano with custom coils at 0.28Ω and 42.5W. While vaping, I notice something strange; I can't identify each flavor separately, but rather a mix of all of them. I can clearly taste the acidity of the lemon, the sweetness of the blackcurrants, and the juiciness of the watermelon, but I don't feel them separately, as if they were a smoothie of all these fruits. I can slightly notice the watermelon notes on the exhale, but the other flavors are tasted as a whole. Something I would remove or at least reduce is the cooling effect. I think it would be much better without that effect, which literally freezes my throat when I try to vape it in an RDA.

In short, I think it's a good e-liquid, a well-balanced and good mix of all the promised flavors. It's definitely a liquid that is much more enjoyable in a POD-type device and for the summer.

Wanted Triple Battery Mods

I’m most specifically hunting for any Reuleaux RX200s or RX200Ss that’re in good condition, but there are some other mods I remember that I’d be willing to consider picking up, as well. I do strongly prefer black and/or white and/or silver/metal mods, but may consider others. Just a heads-up, I don’t have five posts yet so my PM access hasn’t been granted, but this is number three so I’ll be there soon. Hope everyone’s doing well!

Howdy!

Name’s Chris, and though I call Northwest Arkansas home, I’m out traveling the U.S. for work more often than I’m home. Been vaping something like thirteen or fourteen years now; started on the little pen-style 510-threaded clearomizers, and aside from a four-month stint prob’ly eight years back, I haven’t looked back at analogs. Hope everyone’s doing well, and I’m excited to reconnect with the community and see what I’ve been missing and what’s to come!

Just Tried the Ploox Molasses 75K – Hookah Vaping Redefined

Hey folks,

Just wanted to share my experience with the Ploox Molasses 75K Disposable Vape — and honestly, this one blew me away. If you're into shisha or e-hookah style devices, this is probably the most flavorful Ploox vape I’ve tried to date.
ploox_molasses_75k1.jpg

Straight out of the box, the design feels solid and premium. It’s compact, but definitely built to deliver. The molasses-inspired flavor profile is super authentic — thick, aromatic, and smooth, just like traditional hookah sessions but in a much more convenient format.

What sets the Ploox vape Molasses 75K apart is its huge 75,000 puff capacity, which I initially doubted... but after using it for a week, it’s clear this thing was built to last. The cloud output is dense, the vapor is rich, and the cooling is just right — not too icy, not too weak.

If you're looking to try it, I found mine at a trusted vape store online with fast shipping and decent flavor selection. I recommend snagging one while they’re in stock — especially if you enjoy traditional hookah but want something portable and mess-free.

NEW 2025 Flavorah Flavors Reviewed by SessionDrummer

Well, well, well. Look what Flavorah went and did. Released some NEW Flavors for 2025 !!!

Huge thanks out, as always to (Bryson) over at Flavorah for shipping these out.

I didn’t want to get in the weeds trying to customize the strength for every flavor, as in some ways you guys would loose the “relative” strength between the flavors, so I finally decided on 1% for all of them.

Sammie was keeping an EYE on the scale for me.

1f9c112050f8396be088cabcc97b5d864d678683.jpeg

As always (well, most times that is), I’ll be testing these on the beloved SteamCrave RDTA v.1 running dual 24 ga. Kanthal vertical coils, and Koh Gen Do cotton. Testing all at the listed weights in a 70v/30p/3mg base. All will be steeped for 1 week, and tested at 65 watts. New coils to start out the series, and dry burned coils with fresh cotton before every test.

Coolcumber (Flavorah) 0.25% (8-20-25) – FIRST one on deck from this newly released series from Flavorah. Thanks out to @Bryson from Flavorah in warning me that my initial 1.0% might be TOO high for this Ultra Concentrated, and I re-mixed/steeped down to 0.25%. I might JUST be the right skeptic to test this one, as I rarely cucumber, and I do NOT like cooling, and this one had BOTH.

Well, I can tell you Bryson was right, and even down at 0.25% it was VERY full, and tasted very good. Not weak, watery, or in any way diminished. The cucumber profile on this one was VERY good, hyper accurate, and almost approaching Medicine Flower territory. Clean, crisp, and very natural tasting, and with a mix of both the fleshy body, and the darker skin. No seeds, but frankly, that was about the only thing you didn’t get. What was interesting was it had a certain fullness to it, almost a richness which gave it some weight and was unexpected.

The cooling profile was actually done very well, and it was layered in expertly, so as to ACCENT the fresh cucumber, without overpowering it, or overshadowing it. It was hard to tell but I think I WAS getting a light mint from the cooling, but it was very light in the mix overall. Wow, color me impressed, as I did NOT think I would like this one. 3 testers later, hehe, I was wrong. Fresh, juicy, full bodied (flesh and skin), accurate were my big take-aways on the cuke, and just perfectly accented by the cooling, with a light mint touch. At times I wondered if there might be just a hint of a light vanilla cream in there giving it some body and a slight smoothness, but I couldn’t decide. At 0.25% it was great, and sweetness was about 3 ticks south of mid-level.

I went into this thinking I’d surely find some issues, complaints, or wishes, but I just kept coming up short. Flavorah really nailed both profiles with this one, and I couldn’t find anything to nit-pick. Coolcumber is exactly what you got with this one, and I teetered back and forth on the rating and finally gave in, and released the Kraken. 10/10.

Fresh Watermelon (Flavorah) 1%/1.75% (8-21-25) – My main two take-aways with this one were a fresh watermelon paired with some honeydew melon. Throughout my entire test those two main notes/profiles stuck. I started out at 1% and the flavor felt like it needed a boost, so I upped it first to 1.5%, then 1.75%. It didn’t start to bend at 1.75%, but I think the max for SFT might be 1.5%. Overall the flavor did have a very “fresh”'ness to it, and it was fairly juicy. I could detect both natural, and slightly candied/artificial notes, but it leaned heavily towards the natural. Throughout the test, I did pickup a fairly present almost honeydew profile that was below the watermelon, but stayed present throughout. For a rough ratio, I might leave it at 65% watermelon, and 35% honeydew. It’s possible that that was an attempt to bolster the white fleshy part of the WM, but it tasted more like honeydew to me.

At 1.5% it was about a 7/10 on the strength scale, so strong, but not the strongest. Sweetness was a bit below mid-level, and with the exception of the “honeydew” notes (my words), I didn’t detect any non-watermelon notes. I would have preferred a bit more of the red fleshy body notes, but that was the extent of my wish list. Fresh, somewhat juicy watermelon which straddled both natural, and artificial, with a honeydew “like” undertone. I struggled to nail down a solid score for this one, and how much, if at all the “honeydew” elements worked or distracted. I finally settled on a fairly high 7.9/10.

Fruit Fusion (Flavorah) 1% (8-22-25) – This flavor was fairly hard to nail down, or at least fully. The two things that were easily identifiable were a distinct grape, and some subtle cooling. Yes, cooling again, BUT, it was very light, but present throughout. The other profiles were fairly shrouded, but I seemed to get a hint of red apple, maybe even a red currant in there as well. Clearly it was a medley even if all of the individual elements couldn’t be identified. It presented as natural and candied early on, but the finish tasted more candy grape-ish than anything else.

At 1% it was full but not what I would call strong, and maybe a 6.9/10 on the strength scale, so it could be pushed maybe another 0.5% without issue. The sweetness was interesting, as it tasted fairly sweet, but only just on the initial onrush, and later on it tapered off. Very interesting. I’d rate it just above mid-level sweet. While I really just don’t like cooling agents, the cooling present was light enough to just be known, with a slight cooling effect, and in no way heavy handed. No overt off-notes or complaints. All in, a fairly candied grape mashup, with maybe some red apple, red currant, and a light cooling was what you got. Not a superstar, but still a good, and interesting flavor. Finalizing it at a 8.5/10.

Garden Mint (Flavorah) 1% (8-23-25) – I could tell this one wasn’t just a mint when mixing it up, and was curious to see how it was different. There was an initial somewhat light onrush of fresh mint, but it quickly morphed into a mint with a light citrus note, and it finished with almost a light tea undertone. Wow. ALL in a mint flavor ?? Yes. The citrus note was hard to nail down as the “expected” profile was Lemon but I didn’t really get a lemon from it, so I’ll leave it as a “citrus”. The light tea note that I got on the finish was very interesting, and finished it out, and made the entire flavor more complex.

At 1% it was spot on strength wise, and sweetness was just below mid-level. The mint itself tasted more like a mint/spearmint combo, which worked really well here. For a “mint” flavor it had more weight than expected which added to the complexity. Very nicely done, and with the citrus and light tea-ish element I could see this working out great in a lot of teas, and drink mixes. No off-notes or complaints, so leaving it very high @ a 9.85/10. Nicely done, and in an interesting way.

Huckleberry (Flavorah) 1% (8-24-25) – When looking around for Huckleberry flavors, they appear to be almost as mystical as the real thing, as there are only 4 really viable choices on ELR (realistically), and even then, only one stands out. Apparently not only are they almost impossible to grow, but even harder to capture in the flavor. Beyond the ONE I tested from VSO (10.1/10), there just haven’t been any real contenders. Well, hehe, the times have changed, and Flavorah really nailed it with this one.

The FLV Team did a great job with this one, and it really captured the dark berry elements which did straddle a blueberry, and raspberry. The aforementioned just really captures it perfectly, and the sweet, tart, and sourness of this one were perfect. Perfectly balanced. The darker, somewhat smoother elements of a blueberry, perfectly spliced in with the sharper, tart-ier notes from a raspberry. Wow because at some point, I’ll have to move onto the other flavors in this series hehe. For the most part, it was like nothing else on my racks, and that’s saying something.

Sweetness was just below mid level, and (repeating) was perfectly ratio’d against the tartness. If you are a berry lover, this one IS for you. At 1% it was perfectly strong, and at a 9.5/10 on the strength scale, and I gave up trying to find faults after the first tank. I’m not overly sensitive to florals, and did not pick up on any here. No issues, no complaints, no wants, none. As was the case with the Coolcumber, I’m going to drop the hammer, and release the Kraken again with this one, 10/10. If you like, want, or need a Huckleberry, put this one in your cart.

Lemon Lime Soda (Flavorah) 1%/2% (8-24-25) – As soon as this one settled (broke in), I could tell 1% was not going to be enough, as it was a weaker flavor compared to most that I’ve tested in this series already. Boosted it to 2% and it took better shape. I never fully got the “soda” profile from it, but I did get a VERY natural Lemon, and lime, that were sweetened. Actually the FIRST thought I had, was a mixture of simple syrup, with fresh lemon, and lime juice. The citrus elements were very realistic with a nice tart kick, and zesty-ness that help sell the flavor, and keep it in the natural camp.

Even doubled (from my initial 1% testing weight) it still wasn’t a strong flavor, and registered at about a 6/10 on the strength scale, so it might be possible to go even higher. Sweetness was a few ticks above mid-level, but it wasn’t cloyingly sweet, and perhaps it was the citrus that helped offset it a bit. As a simple syrup with fresh lemon and lime juice I’d have rated it fairly high at a 9/10, but as a soda, I had to knock it down a bit. No off-notes, bitterness, or squirrely-ness even at 2%, so I decided to leave it at a still high 8.6/10, with the only take-offs for relative strength/saturation, and not much “soda”. High marks given for the natural-ness of the lemon and lime, and tart, zesty kick however.

Ligero Leaf (Flavorah) 1%/2% (8-26-25) – I have to admit, every time I TRY and review a bacco flavor, I feel like, I’m NOT the guy. I do, but not being a big bacco’er, and never NET’er, I can only do so much, so HERE goes. I don’t know a Ligero, from a from a Seco, or a Voldao, but this was a Ligero Leaf which is from the top of the top of the tobacco plant, with some of the stronger, spicier notes. This flavor seemed to capture a fair amount of that. I started it out at 1%, and felt it needed a little boost, and upped it to 2%. It got stronger, but not linearly, so the top shelf might be at the 1.5%-ish region.

While fairly sweet, it was NOT an RY4. Sweetness was about 2 ticks above mid level, and overall it favored a mid, to mid dark tobacco leaf. It had a nice little spicy kick to it, and tasted pretty damned natural to me. There was a little smokyness to it, and an almost ashy note on the finish, which worked very well with the dark/er notes, and spicy kick. Testing fairly few tobaccos I couldn’t compare it really, but needless to say, it was impressive, and even doubled at 2%, which fairly strong, it was still not an overpowering flavor. About the only complaint would have been a slight dryness on the finish, but in many ways, it helped to accent the ashy note, so whether or not that is/was a con for you, is, well, up to you. All in, an interestingly dark, darker tobacco, very natural, with a nice light spicy edge, finished off with a subtle ashy-ness. Rating via my limited bacco experience, and leaving it high at a 9/10.

MangoTang (Flavorah) 1% (8-27-25) – Wow, I think I’m already going to work on a mix using THIS one, Mango Tango Bango !!! This one was a “ringer” right out of the gate. Hard hitting, peppy, zesty, and fresh from beginning to end. If you love a juicy, punchy mango, this one will do it for you. Realizing that Mangos are orange, imagine one just overflowing with orange, AND, with an almost “green”-ish twist. Yes.

As a disclaimer, this one hit ALL the buttons for me regarding mangos. Very bright, punchy, juicy, and fresh, with (for lack of better terms) a green undertone. Now it WAS pretty sweet, BUT, after completely emptying the entire tester, I feel that the elevated sweetness levels DID work here, and are/were not a negative. Sweetness was 3-4 ticks above mid-level, so if sweet/sweeter ain’t your bag, you may have to weigh your options. As it stood, it had all of the notes that I’d want from a fresh mango, and none that I didn’t. No florals, no funky-ness, no off-notes, just sweet, juicy, and delicious. It had an almost zesty punch, right on the finish, which kept me coming back for more.

I fought the urge to go with the obvious, but YES, there were some elements of “Tang” in there, and dammit, they just worked. Not a candy, not a puree, but maybe a fresh juicy mango, juice and all, boosted by some orange Tang. At 1% it was damned good, and I had no desire to increase it. If used higher, be advised, the “sweet” might creep up with it. Very accurate, and tasty solo running DTL, and I could easily see this solo’d running DTL as well.

Juicy, sweet, ripe, fresh just kept coming to mind throughout the entire test, and for my tastes, I couldn’t find any faults with it. Sweeter yes, but as a whole it just plain worked. This is getting a little repetitive, but I’m releasing the Kraken again. 10/10. Zero hesitation. Big Bottle Approved.

Menthol Mist (Flavorah) 1% (8-30-25) – The only thing I struggle with reviewing more than tobacco flavors, is COOLING flavors !!! I never use them, and they ARE a challenge for me to review, but press on, we will. If you want menthol, you’ll probably want this one, as it was menthol all day long. At first, before it “settled in” on my test setup, it was a jarring cool rush, but once that passed, it proved to be less jarring, and more, just strong menthol. For the uninitiated 1% was probably higher than needed for SFT, and I could have tested it at 0.5%, but even at 1%, it wasn’t insane. Often times I throw in a relative XX/10 for a strength scale comp., and this one would rate about a 10/10 on the cooling scale at 1%.

It had a very distinctive peppermint cough drop (lozenge) that was fairly front and center. Because I don’t use any cooling agents, I can’t speak to how hard (if desired) it would be to cover that in a mix. Cool, cool, and more cool, it just never quit. Sweetness was 3-4 ticks below mid-level, and off-notes will be up to YOU guys to decide on. The peppermint cough drop was pretty persistant, and whether or not that was a pro or con will be up to the user. All in, a VERY frosty, and cooling agent, with a fairly strong peppermint cough drop profile, slightly sweetened, and with a hint of bitterness on the finish. I’ll rate this on cooling rather than flavor, and for that, I’ll leave it very high at a 9.9/10. Moving back onto the flavor flavors.

Natural Mint (Flavorah) 1% (8-30-25) – Having just tested the FLV Menthol Mist, this one became a lot clearer. This flavor had the same Peppermint flavor along WITH some cooling. The ratios were flopped. The Menthol Mist tasted (comparatively) to be around 70% menthol, and 30% peppermint, whereas this one tasted like 70% peppermint, and 30% menthol, give or take. The peppermint was at least now better focused, and present, and the cooling at least, didn’t overshadow it. It was still PRETTY cool, so don’t let my number fumbling confuse that point, as there was still quite a bit of cooling here. That might or might not make a difference to you, depending on your needs. Not a pure Peppermint.

The same peppermint cough drop profile was here, but it was paired along side with some peppermint. At 1% it was almost a 9.5/10 on the strength scale, so you could probably ratchet this back somewhat. Sweetness was still a bit below mid-level, and trying to accurately deem what I call “off-notes” was tricky. II personally would have preferred just a mint, with no cooling, and the cough drop-ish profile pushed it off of a “pure” peppermint IMO. The peppermint that I did get was good, and realistic, but it was hard to separate it from the cooling, and cough drop. I finally decided to leave it squarely at a 8.0/10. A good peppermint, but a cough drop, and cooling came along for the ride.

Rainbow Sherbert (Flavorah) 1%/2% (08-31-25) – I started this one out at 1%, but it seemed underpowered, so I doubled it to 2% where it seemed to open up a bit more. Still not the strongest flavor, but at 2%, I was clearly getting a lime, orange, and maybe a cherry or raspberry as the main notes, and there was a very good, smooth vanilla cream carrier that the fruits rode on top of. I struggled to firmly nail down the third main fruit profile, but I still couldn’t decide whether it was a cherry or raspberry. Sweetness was on the higher side, and at a few ticks above mid-level sweet, but was in the ballpark for a sherbert.

Doubled to 2%, it felt like it MIGHT be able to be pushed even further, but at this rate, I would rate it at a 7/10 on the strength scale. I think the lime had a nice zesty kicker on the finish that may have had just a pinch of bitterness to it, but only just a bit. That would be about the only off-note I could detect after 3 tankfulls. Overall it was a very tasty, and pleasing, yes, I said "pleasing’ flavor, and it was fairly complex bouncing back and forth between the fruit overtones, and then the creamy vanilla cream undertone. While avoiding the whole “Sherbet vs. Sherbert” controversy, it was very in the ballpark.

Tasty, perky fruits (lime, orange, and either a cherry or raspberry) on top, riding on a delicious vanilla cream carrier, with just a hint of zest or sparkle on the finish was this one in a nutshell. With only a minor complaint about the very slight bitterness on the finish, leaving this one high at a 9.4/10.

Red Grapefruit (Flavorah) 1%/2% (9-1-25) – Like a few others, I started this one at 1%, but it didn’t really take off as a Red Grapefruit, so I doubled it to 2%, and the flavor opened up, and came alive. Surprising how much of a difference the percentages can make sometimes. At the lower weight, it was more of a bland, general citrus, but at 2%, it became a full on red grapefruit. Obviously grapefruits aren’t easy to get right, or there would be a lot more of them, and this one was one of the great ones.

The Red Grapefruit is the powerhouse of the grapefruit community. I liked the Flavorah really captured the “red” fleshy body of this one, and it was clearly not a pink, or white. No small feat. Most of the nuances of a RGF came through with this one, including some fo the pith. Fleshy body, some tart zesty-ness, and sweetness. The sweetness was a little higher on the scale, maybe 3 ticks above mid level, and that MAY have worked to counteract some of the tart and sour, which I love.

Strength wise, doubled at 2% it still wasn’t an IYF (In Your Face) flavor, maybe an 8/10 strength wise. Accurate, semi juicy, with a mix of somewhat tart/sour and sweetness. About the only thing missing would have been the skin and seeds LOL. Lots of uses for this one, and with no off-notes to complain about, about my only “want” would have been a little less sweet, to better let some of the “tart”-ed-ness to shine through. With that said, going to close out this series of NEW 2025 Flavorah flavors, and leaving this one still pretty high at a 9.1/10.

I appreciate you guys giving up some of YOUR free time in reading these reviews, and I hope they helped out.

Thanks also out to Bryson over at Flavorah for sending these out for review.

I've been getting a LOT of questions as to where these were available, and I know that Bull City Flavors has them here. Or, if you're in a hurry they also have a Sampler Pack available.

Bubble Bomb by Magnum Vape - Review by Ben28

Bubble Bomb

Bubble Bomb by Magnum Vape promises to take us back to our childhood, to those typical and famous candies, lollipops. Specifically, this liquid tries to recreate the Red Kojak, the cherry one, with its characteristic acidic touch and the gum inside.

This review is possible thanks to Vapeo24. You can visit their page for more information about the liquid.

According to the manufacturer: It perfectly recreates the classic flavors of cherry gummies, bubblegum, and lollipops, taking you back to those sweet moments of childhood. Its balanced blend of sweetness and a subtle acidic touch makes every puff a vibrant and addictive flavor explosion.

Remember that this is a liquid sold as a 30mL flavor concentrate and must be mixed with a base according to the manufacturer's instructions and nicotine to your liking. Specifically, this liquid has a slightly higher price than most, will it be worth it?

Let's move on to the olfactory test. At first, I notice that lollipop base, with its characteristic aroma. Along with that base, the cherry is perfectly noticeable and it gives me that typical mouth-watering sensation due to the acidity it entails. I can also notice the aroma of bubblegum if I smell it for a prolonged time. What amazes me most about this liquid is that it is a 1:1 representation of the real Kojak and I can easily swear to it.

Now for the vaping test. This liquid was tested in an Oumier Wasp Nano RDA with handcrafted coils at 0.28Ω and 42.5W. During the inhalation, I must say that a very subtle, very smooth flavor is noticeable, which begins to give those lollipop notes. The bomb arrives on the exhale; when I blow out all the vapor is when I notice the explosive cherry flavor, slightly acidic (although I expected the acidity to be a bit more pronounced). I can notice in the vape that stickiness of the real lollipop; it is a replica, I could say an almost perfect replica, of the flavor of the Red Kojak and I am truly very impressed.

In summary, this liquid is an almost perfect replica of the Red Kojak, and I have no other words to describe it. If you like that lollipop and you are into sweet liquids, it is 100% recommended that you try it, even if it has a slightly higher price than normal. I'm still impressed and I'm going to enjoy the whole bottle eagerly.

Timesvape Heavy Hitter Mechanical Mod by Infinium

tshF4zq.jpeg

This product was sent to me at no cost by @Morevaping an online store and official vendor on e-cigarette Forum.
First off, let me say that the Timesvape Heavy Hitter is a purely mechanical mod, which means it demands a solid understanding of battery types, Ohm's law, and the various safety rules and habits that this style of vaping requires. It's definitely not for beginners.

wToo25P.jpeg

With those important points covered, the Heavy Hitter by Timesvape is a fine tube mod that accommodates both 21700 and 20700 batteries. Despite being a pure mechanical device, it includes thoughtful features like an internal Delrin sleeve to prevent accidental firing in case of a torn battery wrap, a fire button lock, and a battery vent hole. The packaging consists of a rigid cardboard box with a vintage feel, featuring an old-school boxer design. Upon opening it, you'll find the Heavy Hitter's inner packaging, which includes a plastic-coated pouch and a blue net. Beyond providing protection, this is also a reusable pouch you can use whenever the tube isn't in use to remove as much air as possible and prevent oxidation, especially if you don't have a suitable case.

166gXpG.jpeg

In addition to the Heavy Hitter itself, the protective packaging also contains a second 26mm top cap, allowing for the use of atomizers smaller than 28mm to improve the overall aesthetics. Inside the pouch, you'll find two spare springs and an O-ring, whose purpose will be explained later. Lastly, a microfiber cloth for cleaning is also included.

dNF2LFH.jpeg

The Heavy Hitter I received is made of copper, although there are also black-plated copper and brass versions available. In my case, the empty weight (without the battery) is a substantial 197 grams, so Timesvape definitely didn't cut corners on materials. For safety, there are vents carved near the top cap to allow for battery venting and prevent accidents.

3GZ2MK8.jpeg

Timesvape also didn't hold back on customization. Instead of just including a simple beauty ring, they opted to provide two top cap options, a 28mm and a 26mm, making it easy to pair with a wider variety of atomizers. Both are equipped with a 510 threading and have the Timesvape logo and the mod's name engraved. Since my version is copper, and this applies to the other available materials as well, I recommend using an abrasive sponge to avoid scratching.

7F0rmBL.jpeg

The top cap unscrews via a well-machined thread, revealing the Heavy Hitter is a mod with a hybrid connection. This means there is no central pin, and the battery makes direct contact with the atomizer's 510 pin. This brings us back to the safety point: only use atomizers with a protruding positive pin and frequently check all of its insulators to ensure they are intact and prevent short circuits. Inside, you'll see a black Delrin sleeve that lines the entire interior of the tube. This should prevent issues in the case of a torn battery wrap, but the golden rule of inspecting your battery before insertion always applies.

JXg0myn.jpeg

The battery can be inserted from either the top or the bottom by opening the block that houses the fire button and the contact cup. This block doesn't have a thread; instead, there are three tabs that, when aligned with the three grooves on the mod's body and given a short twist, allow you to screw or unscrew the entire mechanism. The cup, with its gold-plated center, is what makes the contact and allows for firing.

3ubd287.jpeg

To unscrew the floating "pin/cup", you can grip the white/beige section and unscrew it clockwise. When it's new, it has a bit of friction, but a little patience is all you need to unscrew the entire mechanism in one go. The photo shows an exploded view, in order, with the ball-shaped pin in the center, which connects with the white/beige cup to create the contact. The spring, on the other hand, allows the battery to "self-adjust" when inserted, so you don't have to unscrew and re-screw everything to ensure the battery and the atomizer's pin are making solid contact.

fT2177U.jpeg

Timesvape also paid attention to the aesthetics of the fire button, engraving "Be Tenacious, Hit Heavy" and a boxing glove, but also to safety. By twisting the button (just the button, not the sleeve) a quarter turn, you can physically lock and unlock the button, making it safer and eliminating the need to remove the battery for quick transport.

hQ5g2hp.jpeg

By unscrewing the copper sleeve, which has a well-machined thread, you'll find that the button's action is enabled by a spring (with a spare included in the parts kit) held between the button and the Heavy Hitter's bottom cap. To release the spring, you have to unscrew the protruding part of the fire button.

BqiDx3d.jpeg

The button screws onto the gold-plated ball pin section we saw earlier, with the spring inserted, as shown. The twist-to-lock system works thanks to the grooves around the back of the ball pin. It's easy to unscrew and re-screw, as frequent cleaning is necessary, just like with the entire copper tube, which is a known consideration when buying a copper product.

KNOItBH.jpeg

The Heavy Hitter has a top-class ratio of cost to material quantity and detail finishing. Despite its size, which is due to 21700 battery compatibility, it maintains a graceful appearance thanks to the central narrowing. The 21700 batteries, with their high discharge amperage / CDR (often with a minimum of 20A, but also 30A and 40A; I recommend looking for batteries with these values), not only provide safety by not stressing the battery itself, but also offer significantly better battery life than 18650s. This is certainly not a mod to learn on if you're new to mechanical vaping (a regulated box mod in bypass mode with all its protections is better for that), but it can be the perfect first fully mechanical tube mod after you've mastered the concepts and rules to make mechanical vaping as safe as possible.

I would like to thank Morevaping for the Heavy Hitter, and the e-cigarette forum community and its administrators for the space provided.
