Hello and welcome back for another review. Today I will be taking a look at the Hellvape VSEE ONE pod system that was sent to me by Hellvape in order to provide you with a fair and honest review. The VSEE is a lightweight pod made from zinc alloy and contains a 1000mah internal battery. It has an output range of 5-30 watts that is dependent on the resistance of the pod that is used. It is a draw activated only device but has a single button to allow the user to make changes and has adjustable airflow. Adjustable airflow is a must for me when it comes to pod devices.

INITIAL THOUGHTS:

The packaging for the VSEE is quite simple. The white front of the box has a clear window that allows you to see the actual device color contained inside. The Hellvape and VSEE names are printed in orange text. The back of the box has a list of specifications, contents list, company information, the color name, and an authenticity code.



The box for the VSEE opens from one end or the other and the device is sitting in a plastic tray that slides out with the user manual and charging cable sitting under the tray. The single pod included is pre-installed but has a plastic film covering the contacts to prevent accidental firing prior to filling. I received the Starry Black and Matte Pink versions for my review. I have to admit that I was a little disappointed that only one pod was included with each device but Hellvape was nice enough to include a two pack of spare pods. The See comes with a sticker over the display window that mimics the actual display when it is activated.




The front of the VSEE has a curved texturing to it while the back is smooth. One side has a sliding airflow control while the opposite side has a silver plate with the Hellvape name on it and also has what I would call a function button. The airflow control has three holes in it that can be adjusted infinitely in order to provide anywhere from a tight MTL to a restricted direct lung type draw.









The pod opening has the usual two magnets, two plated spring loaded contacts and the automatic airflow draw sensor which is slightly raised compared to the wells on either side of the contacts. The USB-C charging port is located on the bottom of the pod so you won’t be standing this one up to charge. It’s lightweight enough that it probably wouldn’t stand up well even if the port was on the side anyway.



The VSEE display is animated when the output is activated. The inner ring of four light indicators display the remaining battery charge level. In the picture below you can see that there are only three of the four green indicators lit. The charging rate is 5v/1A so it should fully charge in one hour. The indicator lights when charging and goes off when fully charged.

The menu/ function button is operated as follows.

• 1 click = light the display
• 2 clicks = change the animation
• 3 clicks = change the power level
• 5 clicks = turn the device on/off

The VSEE pods have a liquid capacity of 2ml. There is only one .8 ohm pod included with each kit which I’m not a fan of. Each included pod has a clear sticker covering the contacts that must be removed prior to using. It is my understanding that there are also available for purchase .4 ohm and .6 ohm pods for the VSEE. I kind of wish that Hellvape had sent those instead of another pack of the .8 ohm pods which I was able to test with the ones included in the kits.

The pod has two magnets that mate to the ones in the device and has two large electrical contact that transfer power from the device to the pod. The pods are side fill and there is a rubber plug that is pulled up from the bottom to expose the good sized fill port. The resistance of the pod is stamped into the rubber plug. The plug has a small tab that makes it easier to get a grip on the plug for removing it.

Hello and welcome back for today's review of the Rexa Lite pod kit, this pod kit is for the vaper that wants simplicity, having no buttons or display screen because there no need for either with wattage being automatically set by reading the OHMS load of the Pod being used by way of the smart wattage feature. There is airflow adjustment and that's it for adjustments. The Pod has a 2ml capacity and the device houses a 1000mAh internal battery. If you caught my review of the Rexa Nano this device is basically the same only in stick form instead of puck form as I call devices shaped that way. The Rexa Light does have a larger battery than the 1000mAh one in the Rexa Nano.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS


As the other Rexa devices I've reviewed packaging is simple as the device is having a slide tray with the device with the pod already installed and the owners manual and other paper info. The device is very light and it's streamlined with adjustable airflow on one side, the front of the device has a battery strength indicator light. The 3 color battery strength LED light is bright and colorful, the device was shipped almost with a full charge, less than 10 minutes of charging and it was at full strength.

Being familiar with the airflow which is pretty quiet and work great for MTL or RDL it was set as the other 3 Rexa devices I reviewed with the same results. I really like the side sliding fill port that makes fill ups a breeze to do and when installed on the Pod the fill port cover becomes closed with no worry of it opening up inivertanly while installed.
