Just got my account and apparently this is where I should make my first post!

Some info on me, I recently turned 22 and I've been vaping for about 4 years. I started off smoking socially at my old job during a rough patch but decided pretty quickly that it could end up real bad if I didn't get things under control (I've a pretty strong addictive personality). A friend of mine suggested I try vaping instead and bought me an aspire starter kit. I liked it much better and soon came off cigarettes almost entirely.

After a couple months, and a few cheap pen kits I decided to go with something a bit bigger and bought my first mod - a Smok Devilkin with TFV12 tank, and completely gave up smokes. Being a total noob, I had no idea about liquids or VG/PG ratios or anything really. For a month or so I carried on using my old liquids or buying small 18mg 70PG bottles at the local Tesco store (even a few at Poundland - bad idea) until I discovered my first vape shop. Safe to say I was pretty amazed at the range of liquid choices. I have a pretty sweet tooth, so I decided I prefer fruity or sweet liquids.

Since then I've been using a Voopoo Drag 2, originally with U-Force, but now with Falcon King.
I really like the flavour with the King, and it gives some very nice clouds too.

Once quarantine started, I decided I'd really like to give a go at rebuildables. After a bit of research into what type of setup I wanted I went ahead and ordered one. My Wotofo Dyadic Squonker arrived recently in the post, along with the Profile RDA.

I'm still learning a lot about building, so I decided to hop on here to ask questions.

I have a question: I've been seeing quite a lot of mech mods and mech squonk mods recently (the latter would be the most appealing option for me- I'm not a very good dripping material), very reasonably priced.

So I started to think whether getting a mech mod would be a good option or it's just better to stick with regulated mods.

Are there, and what are the advantages of using mech mods over regulated devices?

I just recently received the American Weigh Scale (AWS) LB-501 scale.

Have not yet used it to make ejuice yet but I was testing it out and found that when I turn the backlight on, it adds 0.15g to 0.20g to the weight even with nothing on the scale. When I turn the light off, it goes back to "normal". So basically the light switch adds weight when it's in the on position.

Is this normal or have I received a defective scale?

First impressions- It's small; but so far I am loving the ergonomics especially the mouthpiece.The screen is gorgeous but some information may be a little hard to see for some of the older crowd. The draw is just perfect for me. A slightly restricted DTL. I installed one of the .8 ohm mesh coils but the device is reading it at 1.1 ohms.I am vaping it right now at 15 watts.The flavor is very good. So far I am impressed with the device and coil. The extra pod included is a very nice surprise. I will do a more thorough review once I have had the chance to use it for a while.

Hello everyone

I'll start off with the fact I used to vape constantly a year ago, and now recently getting back into vaping.
My partner is concerned about me vaping, which I totally understand. She doesn't know too much about vaping apart from what I've told her. She's worried I will get cancer later in life or other health conditions.
I have never smoked, tried a friend's vape and really enjoyed it and vaped nonfnon nicotine eliquid from there.
I feel like, for lack of a better word- a poser because vaping is the better alternative for those who smoke.

My question is- should I not be vaping at all because I'm not a smoker? I never use nicotine eliquid and never will. My partner is worried but supports my decisions.
There's all sorts of information about, all pointing to if you don't smoke, don't vape. I'm just after the opinion of those to who actually vape.

I'm experiencing decent ramp up times with my 4mm framed staple build from AVS in single coil 5 wrap ohm tested at 0 17.

Its an improvement over the quad core clapton I was previously running. 30x4 +40 @ .25

The clapton build i pulled because of the solid 3.5 second ramp up was an an annoyance to say the least. The framed staple is ramping up decent in half second but is draining the hell out of my Molicell p42s

Any advice is appreciated is battery consumption supposed to be significant on a cell this big?

So Ive been using my rda for a few days now, and I'm still really confused by how the cotton is supposed to work, because the bottom is drenched, but every 4 hits I need to add more juice at the top of the cotton that runs through my coils, I'm pretty sure it shouldn't be this way, does that mean it's too thicc?

Hey guys. This time let's look at the Hita Kit by Asvape. If you are looking for a reliable mechanical mod pod device, then you may check the vape store terdekat. Here we go!

Asvape Hita Kit comprises of a strange mechanical style mod with a pod-style tank. In fact, the kit is marketed as being "Mech Reinvent"… This does appear to be similar in theory to the recent Kizoku Kirin Kit – which had a mech mod with a disposable pod-style tank. I find the mod a bit confusing as I am not sure if this has a standard 510 connector or will only connect to the pod which comes with the kit? If it hasn't got a standard 510 then this is an AIO kit really. Also upon looking closer at this the mod is not really mechanical.
