Goblin fill screw orings

This is for those who have a leaky fill screw.

Get orings here: Replacement watch Round Micro Rubber O-Ring Gaskets UK, EU, USA.

I've been using 2.3 x 0.45 for over 15 fills and it is performing perfectly. No leaks and no oring degredation. Obviously it is possible to destroy an oring, but with the careful amount of tightening all is good.

I suspect 2.3 x 0.55 might be better than 2.3 x 0.45, but I haven't tried it. 2.5 x 0.6 is too big.

Very useful thanks! I've seen many people online complaining about a leaky fill-port. Luckily I haven't had this problem, but I'll be sure to refer them to your post!

Thanks for the link. I've not had problems with leaky fill screws on the Goblin, but I have on other attys - so I've ordered a couple of different sizes. I've been looking all over for a UK based supplier of these tiny O-rings, so that's a great find, thanks again

Any updates to report doofy? Is this still the best way to stop the leaks if your wicking is not the issue? Any idea about the quality of the 50 pack on AliExpress?

The only update I have is the one you've already mentioned: the 50 pack from Aliexpress Aliexpress.com : Buy 2.3X0.45 Oring 2.3mm ID X 0.45mm CS VMQ PVMQ SILICONE IRHD 50 Translucent O ring O ring Sealing Rubber from Reliable rubber opener suppliers on Gread O-ring rubber | Alibaba Group . I reckon they ought to be as good or better than the watch-batteries ones. Certainly substantially cheaper.
