If you want simple but decent flavours and low wattage - eg EGO type - vaping at 80PG/20VG you cannot go wrong with genuine Hangseng juices. Yeah they're made in China, but sold everywhere and re-branded as most vape store's basic juices. Look for the genuine green bottle lids and the HS mark on the bottle of the bottle and on the lid.

I have only tried so can only vouch for their RY4, menthol and Virgina tobacco. I'm not sure they'll be seeing any action on my coolfire 4 or subtanks due to high PG ratio, but on an ego+evod kind of get up they're all I need. They usually do a 4 bottles for price of 3 type of deal. Get them from HS direct or many online stores sell them, also some online stores sell them in different VG/PG ratios but that of course means they've tinkered with them.

JANTY juices are also top notch and like Hangseng taste like what they say on the bottle, not gourmet / complex but bold and exact, but I don't buy them any more as do not like the way they've made them PG or VG only choices.

Sure I could mix and get 50/50, but I like to just buy 10ml to try it first, and that would mean buying 20ml just to mix and use as a tester, no way I'm doing that!

My daughter and I enjoy eliquids from Mt. Baker Vapor, Vapor Bomb, The Vapor Room, Seattle Vapors, ITC Vapes, Vape Wild and Mech Sauce. All have a good variety of flavors, very reasonable pricing and shipping, good customer service, and good turnaround time on orders.
'
The vast majority of our vape budget comes out of my Social Security check after my share of the bills are paid (my daughter and I share housing and living expenses). In addition, I am usually ordering for my daughter and myself, sometimes for the daughter's boyfriend. The above vendors all fit comfortably within our vape budget.

Use the Reviews and General Eliquid Forum here on ECF to get an idea of which vendors you would like to try. When I see a vendor mentioned that I think might suit us, I check out the vendor's website. If the selection of flavors, pricing, and ability to customize seem to me that they will work with our budget and vape hardware, I sign up for email newsletters and/or "Like" on Facebook to keep up to date on sales, new flavors, etc. As soon as I can, I put in a "test" order of the smallest size bottles offered of flavors that I think my daughter and I will both enjoy. (Depending on the size of our eliquid "stash", I will also order several bottles for each of us of flavors that I know we like from vendors that we have used before, just in case we do not like the new vendor or flavors).

Have fun. I hope you find a few vendors that you enjoy.

Thing is though, while I stand by Janty or Hangsen cheap juices that's only for my workday vaping where I want compact PV and a small nic hit and bit of cig like flavour. I'm not expecting much from it. I only ever smoked one or two cigs a day at work on breaks, mostly just one.

Now for pleasure vaping, pure pleasure at home which is when I used to smoke cigs - the above would not be good enough for me and has failed many times.

So cheap really is not the way to go for that, at least for me, you may be different. So I spend About £17 per 30ML for my good juices for pleasure vaping on my subtanks at higher wattage and it keeps me off the smokes.... Smokes were £9 a pack and I'd smoke just over a pack during a 7 day week (not a heavy smoker)... Now my pleasure vaping juices 30ML will last me about 3 weeks days so not CHEAP as you asked but cheaper than smoking and with new coils every 2 weeks, probably juice plus new coils = around £7.75 a week compared to £9 for cigs....

Then chuck in my evods and Hangsen juices for work and it probably is about £9 a week.

So for me it's probably costing the same as what I smoked - but hey I feel 100 times more energetic and healthy!#

Though some people can stay off the cigs for ever just on cheaper juices and ego type set ups and good for them I say. :)

Both Dekang and Hangesen make some great juices for the price but also some really awful perfumey terrible ones ha ha... Usually find 1 good out of every 4 tried.... Luckily they're cheap enough for a 4 pack that you can experiment and chuck 2 bottles away... I find they can be good mixers too... Got bored of Hangsen RY4 (£2.50 per 10ml) and got bored of Space Jam Eclipse (£6 per 10ml) so tried mixing the two and has now been my ADV for the past few days at a more affordable £4.25 per 10ml and also the higher PG and very clear PG that the Hangsen adds is probably saving me some mileage on the coils too...
