They are likely not working on the Friday after Thanksgiving.

That's right, they take all federal holidays off. They sent an email 2 or 3 days ago about Thanksgiving being a day off for them.

I was using them, but their shipping charges the last couple times I don't like. They advertise free shipping orders over like $100, but what they don't tell you is if you are using a discount promo code then that free shipping is out the window. when you get to check out its gonna say you have to use a code for the free shipping and you can only use one code. That's why I decided to stop using them.

For every retailer I have ever bought from (vape and otherwise), free shipping a X dollars only applies after discounts/coupons.

I agree with their shipping charges. Pretty steep.

I placed an order last week that's still waiting on getting filled. First time ordering from them. website said 24-72 hours, but have gone past that obviously. Tried to get an update by contacting them through their submission form and no reply. Tried calling the number on the website and it appears to be a cell phone they don't answer with a mailbox that is full which didn't make me feel any better. Then I went I found these Better business bureau complaints too and now I'm starting to think they are taking peoples money and running.

I got my order from them late, but was never able to get them to reply to email or get them on the phone.
I would not order again. To many Complaints on the BB, and my experience was negative.
not the way I do business.

I use heartland, of course they are local for me so I just order it and run by and pick it up. Don’t know how they are doing shipping.

Last I checked (about a month ago) they are strictly wholesale now, at least in terms of shipping product. So you may want to look into this. It's possible they will no longer sell to you, even if you pick it up. When was your last order with them?

Yeah, it looks like now they are taking orders. But not too long ago they stopped and there was something in the checkout that disallowed you from completing the purchase unless you had a wholesale account. Now I see that I am able to get to the payment section.

This is why I am at the point where I might give up updating my nic base vendor list, everyone keeps falling in and out of retailing. Too hard to keep up with.

Yea, since I just pick up there I don’t know what I would get if I tried to ship it. I’m not surprised it’s hard to get them on the phone, every time I’ve been there, no one at the front desk. They are all nice though. At least the ones I’ve dealt with. I do have about a gallon of nic in the freezer, just in case, or when I can no longer just buy mixed juice.

Yeah, I ordered bulk juice from them for years without issues. Then 3 years ago I started buying nic base & bottles with only a coupon minor issues. All in all, I recommend heartland.
